    Overall we were not fans, we found the hostess to be rude, and they seem to be having a problem with managing the new reservation platform.

    Cold food, Poor service getting our meal and wait staff was not one to let us know where in prep and serving our meals were. It took well over an hour before our meals came and not much contact with our server in between giving our order and receiving same. For the prices charged your rating would be poor and if there was a rating below that Rudy's would fit. Not Very Professional. I guess it is true for the reverse "You pay for what You do not get." Very disappointing.

    Our first time at Rudy’s. I had heard good things over the years and it did not disappoint. We ate rooftop. The food was great and so was the service. We will be back

    Rudy's is always a place that I come back to periodically because of its reliable excellence in food and service. This last visit was to celebrate a friend's birthday so there was a nice cheesecake pie piece that was served along with the main course. The server was superb as a communicator and fixed things that weren't quite right such as a cold baked potato.

    The only thing that was a set back, we went for lunch on a Friday and two out of the four were celebrating birthdays. We didn't know there was a time limit. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and lunch. We would of ordered at least another round of drinks, but our waitress reminded us twice of the time limit. Sad. Love the place and food, but won't be bringing friends or family there again when we want to enjoy each other. P.S. It wasn't even that busy.
