   Had a pod booked for 4:45. Waited until 5pm to be seated. Plates were cleared at 6pm & I asked for a dessert menu & fresh drinks. No one came back. at 6:15, the lady working on the front desk came out & asked us if we had a reservation... what? I told her yes we were waiting for dessert menu & drinks I had ordered 15 minutes ago. She said the bar is busy but she'd check. She brought the dessert menu but not the drinks. At 6:30 I asked another server for our drinks & told her we were no longer interested in ordering dessert. She took the menus but never came back with the drinks! At 7pm I asked for the bill, of course the drink we hadn't received was on the bill. When I told the lady she said 'Oh I'll get that taken off... perfect', no apology, just 'perfect'! I told her no it wasn't 'perfect' we waited 1 hour for drinks that never arrived! Possibly the worst service I have ever had, food was OK but I definitely won't be back!

   Very hard to get attention of waiting staff ,steak but no steak knife and could not get a glass of water Did get water but no knife .

   Staff were lovely and accommodating. Food was tasty and would definitely recommend the Cajun fries. Cocktails were poor and for €12.50 per cocktail I was disappointed. Had the margarita which was awful and the pornstar martini which was ok. Overall a good experience and would come back but just order different drinks.

   We were served very quickly as we were under pressure time wise. The staff were lovely even though it was very busy due to the concert.

   As we walked in, security guard just said it’s an hours wait for a table while chatting to other people, we had a table booked. Might be no harm in checking that first! Staff seemed a little under pressure but were very nice. Food was very good, lovely taste to it and reasonabley priced. Very good overall. Lovely venue and atmosphere

   Overall a reasonable experience. We arrived 20 minutes early and got a drink from the bar but couldn't get a table even though there were vacant tables. We were then offered our booked table about 10 minutes later. The service was prompt and friendly and the food came quickly enough., although it was a bit bland and overcooked but nevertheless tasty. The atmosphere was literally smoky but not uncomfortable. It was a very busy restaurant and we would return.

    Frequent goer to this restaurant, was unfortunately let down this time. I had a request for a table of 4, 2 people were running late so we were pushed to a small table of 2 straight away. Were then told we had to move all of our food and drinks onto a bigger table. Food was undercooked, barely touched any of it. Couldn’t get staff attention . This was once my go-to, don’t think I want to return. Put a small request in for a happy birthday to table, no acknowledgement either. Disappointed
