   For an airport diner we were very impressed. The burger we had was fantastic. The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive!

   The worst customer service. Half the tables empty with servers running around but sitting no one. No one would come out to the till to order a to go meal either. After 20 minutes of waiting someone finally came up and said we had now missed breakfast (even though there was still 15 minutes of breakfast time and we’d be waiting for 29) and he wouldn’t seat us for awhile yet. We did not enjoy our experience

   Service was slow, ordered a salad for eat in and was brought a plastic clamshell with plastic utensils. Will NOT plan to revisit.

   The staff needs to become familiar with OpenTable. The manager was the only person that know what to do with OpenTable reservations. The staff stated they were never trained on how to work OpenTable reservations. Therefore, I had to explain the process. Other than that, our server was wonderful and our meal was good.

   Waited in line for over 20 mins prior to using the QR code to get a table, Never got any message to come.
