Ruby’s and Roses is a new dining experience located in the heart of Pleasanton, California, offering an elegant atmosphere focused on American cuisine and craft cocktails. Perfect for those seeking a luxurious outing, Ruby’s and Roses impresses with delicious starters, mouth-watering entrées, and decadent desserts. The restaurant’s signature cocktails are expertly crafted to complement the menu, making it an ideal destination for a memorable night out. We also have happy hour Tuesday through Sunday 2:00pm-5:00pm.

We're also excited to introduce our new brunch menu, available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00p.m, featuring fresh and creative dishes designed to start your weekend on a delicious note.

My recent lunchtime experience at this restaurant was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth that immediately made our group feel welcome and well cared for. The food was outstanding! Each dish was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in their work, and the quality of the ingredients and thoughtful execution were evident in every bite. Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed the meal, and many of us commented on how impressed we were with the variety and taste. Portion? It was hefty! We had some leftovers! What particularly stood out was the restaurant’s flexibility and commitment to guest satisfaction. I had to make several changes to our reservation time through the online system, and despite this, the staff remained incredibly accommodating. They handled the adjustments with ease and professionalism, ensuring that our lunch proceeded without any issues or delays. I would also like to extend special appreciation to Tony, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. He was courteous, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure our group had a pleasant and seamless experience. His thoughtful approach and friendly demeanor contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of our meal. In summary, I would rate this experience a solid 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking a high-quality lunch, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to returning again soon.

Our first time - loved it! Best lamb chops I’ve had in a while! My husband loved his blackened salmon as well. We’ll be back!

I really loved this place but the food from our most recent experience was overly salty and the cocktails almost undrinkable. I’m not sure if it was because they had big parties that night and was just overlooking details or rushing through preparations or not. Hoping this was just a one off day because this was one of my go tos in the area.

Our waiter, Omar, was very attentive and pleasant. The food came out at the same time for the 5 of us and tasted very good. We were celebrating a birthday and the complimentary dessert was a delicious mini cheesecake with a cool firework style candle. We had an enjoyable time and will come back again! Thank you! 😊

The service was excellent and the food very good. The blackened salmon was delicious. The beef Wellington wasn’t quite as good. The ambiance was perfect for a special occasion!

I celebrated my 79th Birthday at Rubys & Roses and had Beef Wellington for the first time in my life and it was absolutely delicious! My husband had Blackened Salmon and he raved about that as well. Our waiter, Shalom, was very sweet and personal, as well as the hostess who took us to our table. Shalom even sang me the Birthday song with the most explosive candle ever! I loved the evening and we will be back!

I loved it so much here for father’s day. I genuinely believe that this is the best restaurant in pleasanton you could go to for dates or anything special. I want to come here soon again with my girlfriend for our date night because this is place is a must for being in Pleasanton.

Sitting outdoors was wonderful. They had innovative drinks, appetizers and entrees. The dessert offerings were not as original as the entrees and appetizers. The garlic spread was fantastic. I could have had that for dinner. The salmon was very tender and moist. The jambalaya was more than enough and very tasty - not too spicey.
