Das Lokal war wirklich früher einmal gut aber das ist nun leider vorbei und am Ende! Alles defekt und dreckig. Stuhlbezüge sind zerrissen. Alles ohne Unterhalt. Bier-Zapfhahn war defekt. Man sagte ich bekomme das Flaschenbier billiger als das Draft. Auf der Rechnung war dann knapp 9$ obwohl das Daft für 5$ angepriesen wird. Nach Reklamation hat man es auf knapp 8$ „korrigiert“.. Die Burger waren mässig und dazu sehr klein. Nicht viel grösser als ein Burger von Mc Donalds. Meine Tochter hatte eine Portion Pasta. Für meinen Sohn wollten wir zu den Shrimps anstatt Pommes einfach auch ein wenig Pasta als Beilage. Dies sei unmöglich da alle Potionen vorgefertigt seien (?!?!) Alles extrem enttäuschend ... erst recht da wir früher sehr gerne ins Rubys am Times Square gingen. Wir waren vor ca . 12 Jahren das erste mal da und sind immer wieder gekommen. Früher was das ein echt cooles Lokal mit gutem Essen, gutem Bier, gutem Ambiene und vielen Gästen. Man ist bis auf die Strasse hinaus angestanden. Heute ist kaum mehr was los. Die meisten Tische sind leer. Alles absolut herunter gekommen, keine Pflege des Lokals. Was abgenutzt oder defekt oder dreckig ist bleibt einfach so. Das Personal grösstenteils absolut desinteressiert und am Gähnen.

Booking was easy, RT is easy to find and food and service great. Being America the food portions were large so definitely value for money.

The thing I love about this restaurant is the salad bar - varied, fresh, well-stocked, delicious. The last two times I was there, the food was just okay. My husband liked his dish, but I thought they made his fairly healthy chicken cutlet into an unhealthy, bacon-and-cheese-covered item - then added fried onion rings to make it even worse. I ordered the quesadillas...and wasn't thrilled. Any recommendation I would make to a friend would be because of the salad bar. After that they're on their own.

Very nice but I missed those green stuff tables. I did not saw them and may be there was on second level, I guess.

The chain (at least in this branch) has lately lost a lot of its quality of food and taste!

The place is falling apart; literally. There was not a fixture in the ladies room, including cabinet doors, that weren’t falling apart or looking beyond worn down; chair covers were torn; tables showed many signs of use. The salad bar looked like the items had been out since the morning. The food ok but below standards of similar chains and other Ruby Tuesday experiences. The waiter, John, was sweet and accommodating and the only reason that this is not a 1-star review.

A solid American dining experience whilst on the move with the kids. Steady quality at a reasonable price with great service. Enjoyed our meal
