   Great service from Alexis! Basil chicken was a bit salty, but overall I enjoyed the food. There was a really loud group at another table - I don't think they're the norm, but they were a distraction. Love the decor; you do feel like you're someplace special.

   The experience overall was great. The food was very tasty and delicious. The bulgogi bun was great. A hint of spice, sweet and tangy. Lobster rice is a must!. The pork and grits was a lovely surprise. The scallops had an amazing effect on me. They were seared. They were crispy, and peppery. But after the initial bite they were tender and soft as scallops should be. Delicious. Small plate vibe. Taste as much as you can.

   Food was great but the service really struggled. We had to wait a long time for food and drinks and even then were brought the wrong items. T

   Super fun bar to hang out at - on the weekends you’ll definitely need a reservation - but we did see the hosts accept walk-ins as best they could. The bar is super cool, lot of cocktails and the bartenders really know how to make your night out special! Paul and Daniel are some of the best bartenders in the city! We had the lobster fried rice special, pow pow shrimp, wontons, and the shoyu tomago - everything was a hit!

   Slow service from the start. Took 5-10 minutes for a server to greet our table and another 15-20 to actually get our drinks, which they said were batch made. I personally feel $17 is a bit steep for a batch made cocktail. The food was quite tasty, but the service was slow and disappointing. While I appreciate the manager’s effort in making it right, I don’t think I’ll return.

   We saw Killer Mike so everything could’ve been terrible and we would’ve been happy, but the food and service was amazing! We will definitely be back.

   Food was great and reasonably priced. Some portions were too small for the price paid but that’s tapas. Drinks were okay they were prettier than they tasted. Mango sticky rice was phenomenal

    First time at Ruby Chow's and our table of 4 enjoyed the food and drinks very much. The service was outstanding with every person working in the restaurant helping - so it seemed - at all the tables so service was efficient and friendly too! Always appreciate that. Our lead server was excellent and very knowledgeable. I'm not a big "small plate" fan but appreciate that they have some "larger small plates" so that was a nice update. The pasta dishes were delicious. Overall, a fun spot just away from some of the "madness' that can often be found with the crowds at Ponce City Market. Enjoy!
