What a beautiful view of the capitol rotunda from the 2nd floor of the restaurant. Everything was first rate: service, food, drink, setting and, overall, while not an inexpensive place to eat, a very good value. I recommend Rubicon without reservation (pun intended).

Omg I was totally blown away! My boyfriend wanted to try Rubicon for dinner for his 30th birthday. He has been to France and was excited to find a French restaurant in Harrisburg! He was so impressed! Our server, Alexis was an absolute delight and never was unable to answer our questions. The food was amazing. Straight up mouthgasims! I can’t wait to go again! It’s a must try!

We had a great experience from start to finish! Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive! We had to be in and out for another event and she coursed our meal out and got us out quickly. Food was superb! We will definitely be back!
