While the menu changes nightly, you’re sure to encounter some of your favorite dishes from our menu. The experience is roughly two hours long and most dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated. Guests are required to check in 15 minutes prior to the start time, as the experience begins promptly. If booking for two, please note that you may be seated with another party of two at the same table; to enjoy the table privately, we recommend reserving all four seats. Went there with a reservation and had to wait. 45 minutes. Just to get seated the food was ok, but didn’t taste fresh

Unfortunately, for the last two experiences with RPM seafood, my personal opinion is that the service has taken a nose-dive. Firstly, it doesn't seem possible to reach the restaurant any longer. Now, an AI-enabled service answers the phone, and when you need a human because it can't help you, the phone just rings and rings, then it hangs up on you. Front of house was unfortunately incredibly rude, but I do understand things were busy. Our table wasn't super late (they were less than 30 minutes behind schedule for reservations, nothing dramatic), but they acted like I was being a complete jerk by asking for an update, and offering to sit in the bar instead. I almost left the restaurant at the point, but decided to stick it out. Unfortunately, service didn't get better at the table. Several times, food was cleared before we had finished. At the RPM price-point, that's simply unacceptable. Not even an "are you finished" for our last fish taco, and the rest of our miso cod. I've never seen a table bussed so aggressively and silently. I was really disappointed to not finish our dishes.

The summer in Chicago outdoor dining experience at RPM Seafood is fantastic! Great service, friendly, not rushed. Food is consistently fresh and delicious.

Our server Blake was wonderful, attentive and funny! Our drinks were delicious (i had the Paloma, so so good) and our food was amazing!! Will definitely go back when in town!

This is a great "vibe" place for dinner with great views of Chicago River and excellent food and service. They really pack you in though, constant bumping into of tables and other tables chairs. But overall a great "Chicago" place that exemplifies the Chicago Summer Vibe!
