I had a small birthday dinner , and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The ambiance was classy and cozy, the service was outstanding, and every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. As someone who doesn’t eat red meat, I appreciated the delicious vegetarian and chicken options available. The staff made the evening feel special from start to finish, and it was the perfect place to celebrate. I left feeling celebrated, satisfied, and excited to come back again.

Had to wait 20 minutes for table, and then 30 minutes for drinks. Appetizer’s were served before the drinks arrived.

Wow wow wow! My sister and I had a reservation for 7:30pm originally. Unfortunately, out of her control, her flight was delayed three times. We literally walked in the restaurant at 10:00pm after pushing our reso back three times. ERIC greeted us with warmth and open arms and didn’t think twice about seating us after barely hearing our story. THANK YOU ERIC! Then our server Josh(GO BIRDS), came to the table and greeted us with a smile and made us feel so welcome. He assured us multiple times “we are here for you” and made us so comfortable. Sara came by and spoke to us about wines and was so patient. We got two bottles. And lastly, we asked Josh for the manager on duty and Logan(GO BIRDS) came by with a smile and warmth as well; assuring us that we were fine and they were here for us. The entire staff was amazing! They didn’t frown upon us coming in at closing. Instead they made our experience the absolute best we have had in a while. As two restaurant managers, we knew what it meant for the staff to walk in at that hour and we recognized that the service we received was beyond the norm. So THANK YOU to Eric, Sara, Josh(the best server) and Logan! I am truly blown away. You have a new guest in me. Can’t wait to come back. The customer service alone was worth it. Great job! P.S. The food was good. And so was the wine Sara suggested! Thank you to this amazing team!

This was a business meal for 8 of us. It was handled very well on a busy night. It’s an upscale modern Italian vibe and the food was wonderful. The filet was one of the best that I’ve had, the black spaghetti with crabmeat was superb! The flaming desert, flames extinguished with dark chocolate was the perfect finish! I highly recommend RPM Italian!
