If you’re in Birmingham, something to tick off your bucket list is having a REAL BALTI EXPERIENCE, this experience you can only have at the Award winning Royal Watan Kashmiri Restaurant who have been established since 1984. We serve authentic Balti dishes and Large Family Naan beards in a modern and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Our Grandma’s recipe of Lassawalla Gosht has been featured on many mainstream media outlets and won many awards. We bring a true taste of Kashmir to all of our dishes and are rated as number one by many websites in our cuisine.

    We have been several times and it just keeps getting better. This occasion we was a table of 10 and the service and food was outstanding. Best Indian restaurant in Birmingham in our opinion!

    The food here was delicious and seemed an authentic experience. Dishes from family recipes. The lamb on the bone was amazing plus the new chicken and mint dish. The staff were so friendly, attentive and professional, they made it such a pleasant meal. Highly recommend.

    Excellent, tasty food. Large portions served by friendly, knowledgeable staff that seem to be enjoying their work. Always a pleasant experience to visit. Never been disappointed by the food. Always flavoursome delicate and a joy to eat. Highly recommend.

    We have been to this lovely restaurant 2 or 3 times over the years.your always greeted like your there family the staff are very helpful nothing is to much trouble and the food is AMAZING every time thank you so much

    Been coming here for many years a family favourite. I brought our curry club last year and the wanted a repeat visit. This time a party of 14. Food and service was excellent and I’m sure we will return. Cheers Imran and the team 😋😋😋😋

    The experience was fantastic. We booked in for my moms birthday and the owner and staff were brilliant with us. Got our food out really quickly and made for a really joyful experience. Would highly recommend! Best Balti in Birmingham

    Fabulous, reasonably priced vegetarian baltis here, as always. We loved the saag paneer and the spicy vegetable Balti. The ambience was reduced somewhat due to a water leak next to our table but the staff dealt with the slip hazard quickly.
