   Always great food service n ambience! Our favourite Chinese Cantonese cuisine restaurant n a fab place to bring your friends visiting or just a good Chinese dinner out! Keep up the great work Team Royal Palace! We love coming back n having a fabulous satisfying meal!!👌🙌🏻🙌🏻👏🏻👏🏻

   The food at the Royal was very good.We had pippi’s ,duck and a variety of dishes.we were seated upstairs at about 630 not a great deal of ambience as only a quarter full.The service was dry up and down.We had a very good and engaged waiter near the end but at the beginning very abrupt and not very responsive.some orders were missed .so because of this we gave it a lower rating.We spent about 110 pp without alcohol and at that level probably expect more than good food.We will return again

   service terrible. first table to arrive but near last to order, eat or leave. took over an hour to get any service after all wait staff refused to look anywhere near us ever. every other table got tea, water, ordered and we waited an hour for 2 drinks and an hour to even get the bill. Never got any water. And that was after standing up to wave over someone as no one would look or think to come over. very very weird! And an early family dinner took over 3 hours.

   Definitely worth the money you spend. My first time to have dinner there and every dish was delicious. It's also my favourite place for Yum Cha with amazing service from staff that speak good English. I'll keep returning

   Pippis with vermicelli noodles is a must try dish. Also the shandong chicken with the sauce is not to be missed though they served it in a small portion.. but a really good, clean restaurant. Loved it!

   Our third visit! Excellent fresh seafood, the crispiest chicken ever, and bbq pork sumptuous. Reasonable prices and great floor staff. The girl checking us in at the bottom of escalators needs to smile but other than that we will be back again and again!
