   We were seated outside in the grand venetian shop area even though there were plenty of empty tables inside. My daughter and I shared the chicken wings and both became sick that evening. The value wasn't good either, $17.95 for five chicken wings that we apparently not cooked enough.

   Subpar fish and chips. My husband’s sandwich (I believe it was a cheesesteak) was mostly veggies very little meat. My son got chicken and waffles and the waffles were not good at all. He ate about 3 bites and ditched the rest. Overall it was meh…and a disappointing last meal in Vegas

   Disappointing HH! The food was not tasty, HH $5 "select draft" is PBR? Loaded fries were simply terrible, undercooked and cold. Customer service was zero after being told the cheese curds were "on the way," when in reality, they were not available. Ordered the blueberry smash cocktail, after waiting for those to come out, we were eventually told they too were not available. Just don't go, it was not happy.

   I usually dont post reviews like this but I was very disappointed. I had a reservation for 9 people at 8pm and the hostess told me I didn’t when I add it open in the open table app. They proceeded to give me attitude when they had switch the tables around. Then It took almost 2(!!!) hours to then receive our food. All steaks and burgers. Honestly drinks were good and the food was decent but I would never go back due to the poor service.

    Our reservation was made for 7 pm, when we got there we were asked if it could be pushed back to 7:10 which was fine. But when we got seated the waitress came over and told us "I'll come over in 15 minutes". Once she came over, we placed our drink and food order. The waitress put in the drink order but never put in the food order. So we had to order some starters because we were hungry. Once the waitress put in our food order, it wasn't until about 9 pm that we got our food to eat. When we were ready to pay and leave, our waitress was no where to be found for 10 minutes so we went to the bartender to ask for help getting our check. Overall it was a 2 and a half hour experience with underwhelming food and terrible service.

    The staff was great! Daniel took care of us at the table and was very respectful of the business meeting we were having. I would recommend anyone who is doing business, take a look at this place!

    The hostess and server were friendly. The food was excellent and service was efficient. Prices were typical for the Venetian. I would definitely eat and drink here again!

    Showed availability on Open Table. After hunting for it and finding it, turns out it was closed for a private event. I don’t know if the restaurant or Open Table was at fault.

    Avoid. Food was terrible. Seevice was very slow and not very pleasant. All the food tasted old and cheap. Chicken was rubbery, lettuce wilted and fish chips were a joke. Tiny sliver of burned white fish. Fries were just frozen shoestring fries. McDonald's is a better choice.

    Good fish with tons of "chips". Service was excellent and speedy, with good beer on tap. Meals reasonably prices for a Vegas hotel, although beer not cheap. Overall, enjoyable

    Service was awesome. The fish and chips was disgusting. It was this thick, heavy breading with more breading than fish. I didn’t even eat one full piece of the 3 I was so grossed out. Others at my table said their food was just ok. We sat “outside” and it was fun watching the people go by. It must be near the pool as many people were in bathing suits.

    We Love Open Table because you can look at the pictures and get an idea of what the food is, helping make a more informed decision. The Chicken and Waffles is pictured like a sandwich with the waffle being the bun. In reality it was a waffle right off the waffle iron with two very DRy chicken strips on top. The Spinach dip was the consistency of soup. There is NO way you could keep it on the chip, only the limp leaf fragment transferred. The order was taken, the food brought out by someone else and that was all the contact we had. It is the first tip I have given for $1.00 and that was high.

    Would not return or recommend. Food was mediocre at best and the bar tender/server was more interested in wait staff drama as opposed to waiting on customers (the 6-8 that were in the restaurant).

    The worst service. The waiter/bartender never refilled waters, never removed plates, didn’t check on us. Food was fair. Told us that sitting inside would be more quiet but it wasn’t. Outside would’ve been better. Not going back.
