Royal Blue Tavern
Lamb was over cooked. Lettuce was wilted in our salad. They forgot to give me a steak knife for my lamb.
Food was excellent. Sat outside close to the golf course- quiet dinner. Loved it
Fantastic salads. Best on the island.
The worst dining experience ever. No hostess so we sat ourselves. I then had to give our tables menus while our waiter claimed he had to deliver checks. 30 minutes later we placed our orders which all came out wrong if they came out at all which some didn’t. An embarrassment of a restaurant for Baha Mar.
Everything was excellent. Casual Dining. Food took a long time but can’t complain b/c the staff was VERY nice!
Hidden gem. Service and food excellent. Dine outside for beautiful views. Limited wine selection and they dont offer dessert, but we wouldn't have room for it anyway
Great food, service, and view of the resort on the balcony!
the restaurant was misrepresented to me bt the Hyatt's Baha Mar concierge, very disappointing, maybe a great post 19 hole watering hole , not an opportunity to entertain customers for a nice dinner, no bread service, no desserts, 3 labels of red wine to choose from.
The outside seating is very nice. Service was attentive and professional. The serving size was very small in comparison to the price. Two of the men left the table hungry.
Very nice experience. Clean and casual. Food was great. Raul took great care of us.
Had a great time celebrating the super bowl. Would definitely return.
Server was very nice and friendly. Food tasted good but small portions and VERY expensive for the amount.
Didn’t have any desserts for dinner, but the main course was excellent!
This restaurant is part of the golf club and so it is busier during the day. We went for dinner and it was quiet except for the TVs. We were just 2 people, but as a group I think the place is a perfect setting.
The food was excellent though. My lobster with corn salsa was memorable!
Food and service was excellent.....but it was very deceiving being advertised as one of the restaurants on the Baha Mar Resort when in fact it was at the golf course pub. There were nothing but guys who had just finished playing golf and one other family. Again food was great but it was very awkward for my wife.
Very few patrons. One table of rowdies cursing up a storm. Conch chowder was excellent but entrees from hunger.
It was the most delicious meal we had at the resort...Highly recommend this restaurant!
A little pricey because it is part of the resort, but the food was very good as was the service.
Fantastic Service and delicious food!
The food was amazing as always! The outdoor seating view is nice. The service was great also!
Spent 2 months making sure we had two tables of 8 for our family Christmas dinner. Talked to Vanria and Michele to confirm this would happen. Our email said one table of 8 so of course I was concerned that we would not have proper seating for the other 8. Even confirmed the morning of Christmas at hotel that we had two tables and she reassured us that we did. Of course we arrived and we had only one table. I made so many calls to be sure this would work. The good news we were set up in the bar and we all ate.
Would never recommend this place to anyone.
I love this restaurant. Easy to eat, great ambiance, good selection, and just good vibes! 😎
The experience was GREAT. Chef Pratt's food was awesome and he had fantastic personality. A nice quiet place on Thanksgiving night. Menu is casual, but like most vacation spots a bit pricey for the food. Such is vacation life. I would eat here again.
I had a group of 26 celebrating my birthday on Saturday 10 November. The service was outstanding, the food was tasty and good value for money. Miya the entertainer was awesome. My overall experience at Royal Blue was phenomenal. Jamie, Ashton and LaShan our servers and DeAngelo our bartender were all fantastic. Raul the assistant manager went above and beyond for us. Everyone in my party was blown away by the experience and we will be back soon.
Service, view, & food was outstanding!
I would highly recommend this restaurant!
The service was outstanding. The dishes choses were delicious and presentation was spectacular. Great value for money
It’s a golf course pub. With pretty good food. The description makes it sound kinda country cluby. It’s not. Super casual, tv playing sports everywhere. Shame on me for expecting more. My lamb was very tasty although ordered medium rare and it was cold raw in the middle. Crab mango salad was presented excellent and was enjoyed the same. If your feeling like a casual place away from the Bah Mar crowds a ok alternative
We came for the Steakhouse burgers. They were yummy, though eating outside was a challenge with the flies. Knowing this we asked for sterno to chase them away. It wasn’t enough.
Our negatives that night were the choice of music played which just doesn’t meet the sophisticated, relaxing vibe of the place and the service which is less than attentive. While I think the staff was friendly, they did not check on you enough.
We may try again.
This was a wonderful place!!! The food was absolutely AMAZING!! Their calamari was probably one of the best I have ever had. The service was wonderful! I would def recommend this place!
We really enjoyed our dinner at the Royal Blue. The food and service were very good. Our server did get a little busy and another server took over. Both were fun and efficient. We also had well made drinks.
We returned for lunch before golf the next day and then had drinks after. All very good. The staff is outstanding. Lovely spot overlooking the golf course.
Views beautiful. Food ok - though the nachos were amazing. Service very slow - as with other Baha Mar restaurants our waitress just disappeared.
We had 830 reservations and when we got there we were told that the kitchen closed at 8 so they just put something together to serve us
Nice place to go when staying at the Baja Mar.
Excellent food and service
This is a casual meal at a country club. It felt odd to be funneled there by the Baja Mar when we weren’t golfing. There isn’t really any ambiance other than the after golf ambiance. The food was good but, unlike all the other Baja Mar restaurants, the server was clueless about food allergies. I’m gluten free and was assured that the lobster tacos were gluten free. They were wheat tacos with breaded lobster. (I was very impressed with all the other restaurants - they knew everything and made special changes above and beyond what I would have expected). Also, there were very few people here.
Service was slow to non existent.
The meal took some time but overall it was a great experience. The food was delicious and presented just beautifully. Our waitress was very nice and worked hard for us. Much appreciated!
We will definitely come again.
Very expensive but at least the portions were decent sized.
I hope they pick up business and work out the kinks. It was a beautiful place, but no one was there. We were the only customers. The server was wonderful, but the menu was very limited and there was no dessert on the menu yet. She said they were working on it..
We had confirmed reservations thru Open Table at 8 pm. When we arrived the kitchen was closed, they had no idea how we had reservations...still no empathy, obviously it was hard to get any reservation at another restaurant as it was Saturday and everything was full
