I ordered the a hibiscus tea + rose drink here that did not taste like alcohol and was too sweet. The ambiance was nice but it was way too congested and the back wasn't open.

We were seated and no one brought us water or took our drink order. We ended up leaving after waiting for 15 minutes. Ambience was wonderful. Beautifully decorated.

I went for my birthday with my friends and I gotta say that it was a perfect plan. Despite of reading all the bad reviews of service, it wasn’t bad at all. The cocktails where amazing it’s just The food that wasn’t that good at all. But other than that I would recommend if you plan to have a chill girls night out.

Nice atmosphere and music, we were a bit ignored by staff and unclear that what we ordered would have upcharges. I would return with a preference for seating and expectation of what the charges would be.

A unique dining/drinking experience for Boston. Pretty decor and setting. Fun menu for interesting cocktails and food. We ordered three appetizers and we were surprised by the quality and quantity of food! Excellent wings, fries and brussel sprouts. Piping hot fresh and delicious and a great value.

I have been working in restaurants since I was 15 and this waitress was horrible. She could not be bothered and constantly rolled her eyes. It ruin the experience that we were looking forward to. We did not get her name but were very disappointed by the experience

The drinks were great. The food was good. Our waitress was the most miserable human I’ve ever encountered. She kept ignoring us, and didn’t ever smile. Thank god for the girl refilling waters or we would have never gotten any more drinks. Cool for one time, wouldn’t go back

Roxanne’s is a great place for a cocktail and cheap (but yummy) snacks in Boston. It definitely is loud in there and when we were there it was a little hot. Incredible value compared to other places in the city. Ambiance was amazing and decor was top notch. Friendly staff, but they could have checked in on us more - we would have ordered more drinks if they had. Overall would highly recommend going for some drinks.

My friends and I ove the atmosphere of Roxanne’s! All of the drinks that we ordered were amazing. I had the Staycation, and I loved the taste and presentation with the flower. We ordered the fries and they came out quickly and were so good.

We walked into Roxanne’s and the hostess barely looked at us and didn’t say one word to us, it was awkward and weird. Once we sat down at the table the waitress said she was going to bring us waters, that never happened. She brought us silverware and my fork was dirty so I asked for a new one, she never brought me a new one. We got our drinks and before I even had one sip i accidentally tipped the very wobbly table and my drink fell over and the glass broke. The waitress came over, did not say one word to us the entire time, and we used one of the other napkins to clean it up. She did not ask if I wanted another drink, she quite literally did not say one word to us, then never came back. Once we got our food, I had to go up to the bar to get another drink. We also had 1 napkin to share between the 3 of us because she never brought more over. We asked for the check, and she charged me for the drink I didn’t not take one sip of, plus the glass that I accidentally broke. Service was absolutely terrible & we will not be going there again.

We came for cocktails and they did not disappoint! We did not have any food so can’t review that but the cocktail menu was large enough to have options but small enough to not have a hard time deciding what to try, which a nice variety of spirits used. We loved the cocktails we did have. Service was fast and our server was very professional and attentive. We did have a reservation and would recommend having one if you go. Will be back the next time we are in Boston.

I've been here in the past and had a wonderful time. So when my friend from Manhattan came to visit me- I brought her here, hoping to give her the same experience. However, this time wasn’t as fun. The waitress seemed bothered and kept rushing us to pay the bill. It was weird because there were other tables open, and we sat down and immediately ordered drinks and a small plate (so we weren’t wasting her time), so I’m not sure what the rush was for. It made it uncomfortable and ruined the vibe—still a cute place though, with great drinks.

The atmosphere and drinks were amazing! The food was tasty!! However, the waitresses were probably the least friendly people I’ve ever encountered in my life. A woman who was running the food to tables set down one dish so far on the edge of the table that if we hadn’t of caught it, it would’ve been in my friend’s lap. At one point, a waitress came over and asked if we’d like another round and walked away before we even got a chance to answer.

From the second we arrived they did not stop reminding us about the 90 min limit on our seats. Kicked us out the second the 90 minute timer went off which made the overall experience not enjoyable. Good ambiance and cocktails are fine but we don’t feel like we need to go back

Overal good night. Felt completely rushed out even though we hadn’t exceeded our 90min dine time. Wings were good but a dry rub the dipping sauce that came with them was weird and I ended up ordering Buffalo sauce to mix in which was delicious! Overall it was a good experience but would like to go on another night with a different server and see how the night goes. Also the sink In Tokyo was delicious. The drinks came out really fast and so did the food.

On a level of worst to best food would prob be they're worst component, noise medium, service friendly bubbly, Drinks were good, presentation ambience great! The bar next door that connects through the back a little more of a dive bar but lottsss of fun when your time slot is over at Roxanne and although not as pretttyy their drinks are just as good!

Overall a decent experience. The cocktails were amazing, however the red wine was awful. The food was great, but was kinda surprised by the lack of service and engagement from our waitress- figured she was having an off day.
