The food and service were excellent. The facilities were equally as good. Would definitely recommend and return to Roxana.

We had a very nice time at Roxana. Vladi was a wonderful waiter and the card tricks put him over the top! Was worried because we loved the old Henry’s, but Roxana did not disappoint!

The wait staff is not well trained and the place seemed understaffed. Delays in taking order and only one server seemed experienced. We were two diners in a booth set for four. After quite a while, which included us receiving our beverages, we had to request the experienced server to please remove the two extra place settings. The
servers just seemed very new. Our server smiled. The others bringing the orders to the table just put the food
down and left — no interaction, no smile.

Tasteless food, took 45 minutes to bring food to the table and at the ende very expensive, food was not worth the prices the charge. $30 for tastless gummy Mussels? ....

I ordered the beef ribs, they were all bone & fat - when I shared this w/waiter, he had no comment. My husband had a bowl of clam chowder (equivalent to a cup size for $18)! Plates & bowls were awful - they had a very rough finish to them. Over priced

Really nice experience. It was a surprisingly quiet night and the host was our server, as they were short staffed. He was excellent and provided honest recommendations, which we appreciated very much. Drinks were very reasonably priced. The food was great - the Maine Lobster Fried Rice was different and really delicious. Hubby has the lamb chops, also excellent. Overall, a reasonably priced, great meal. We will definitely be back next year.

Great hotel in a beautiful location with amazing views. It was clean with a warm cozy feel. The service was really great. It was the food that was a little lacking. I had the lobster fried rice and it was dry. It was not as good as other meals we had at other high end places on the island.

We had a reservation but when we arrived the table was not ready. We were told to go to the bar in their other restaurant as there was no room at the bar at Roxana and they would retrieve us when table was ready. We kept on inquiring on whether the table was ready as the night went on and an hour later they told us the kitchen was closed and we had to go someplace else! AMAZING! In all of my years eating out I have never had anything even close to this happen. The Manager said he'd make good on this, but never heard back from him. They did cover the drinks at the bar while we waited and drove us in a van to another restaurant down the street, but nothing else. Shocking to be honest that they didn't even cover an appetizer at the other restaurant for inconveniencing us like this. Bartender was a bit belligerent to other guests and to her manager, but nice to us. Vibe was very uncomfortable in this restaurant. Something is definitely amiss. Do NOT recommend if you want to be assured you eat when you make a reservation!

We went to Roxana for a girls night out. All of us were frequent patrons of the old “Henry’s” . The new decor was fairly similar to the old Henry’s. The food was far more upscale and was well-conceived; however, our server seemed as though she was burdened by having to take our order. Additionally, the truffle fries order was cold and undercooked. When we requested an additional order of well- cooked fries, we were informed that the kitchen was closed.
Not a great first visit to Roxana— but there is potential there.

We were so excited to try Roxana, but when we got there, our server informed us it was no longer a small plates/tapas format but a traditional dining experience. Fine, but an odd change to make in the middle of the week during high season.
The real disappointment, though, was the service. It was inattentive and very poor when it did happen. There were plenty of people working and the place wasn’t sold out. The food itself was just ok.

They switched the menu from tapas to American cuisine overnight and we were the first customers experiencing a new menu. Did not turn out well. Three orders of mussels were cold. The fish tacos were a joke for $22 and the tacos fell apart when picking them up. There were small and only two of them. The bento boxes were lackluster too.

While the food was tasty, the service was extremely poor. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for a glass of wine and our waters were empty in the meantime without being refilled. After all our tapas were finished, I had to remind the waiter to bring French fries for my daughter. The tapas to avoid are lobster rolls and salmon due to their ridiculously small sizes. For such an expensive restaurant, the service was subpar and disappointing. Bring back Henry’s!!!

We have since made several changes to our menus to expand our offerings and include full sized dishes in addition to tapas. Roxana Bar is now closed for the season and we hope you will consider dining at our sister restaurant, Bettini. Bettini is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and we’ve just launched new fall menus.
It’s very difficult to give a review because after we received our drinks, the fire alarm went off. (Must have been the blistered shishito peppers!) The waiter was VERY friendly yet over the top but I guess that’s what you get when you leave OB & head to The Harborview for dinner. Regardless, after 20+ minutes standing on the lawn, we tried to pay for our drinks so we could head to The Copper Wok in VH. The good news, a classy place like Roxana comped the drinks & apologized for the alarm. (The Mai Tais at Copper Wok we’re awesome!)

I tried the 4 course tasting menu paired with wine. I was not expecting to much but was blown away by the quality. I absolutely recommend Roxanne’s for an informal and delightful experience.

We loved our first visit to Roxana! Great view of Edgartown Harbor, reasonable if slightly high prices for the area. Creative and diverse menu. We especially enjoyed the pork belly buns and the lobster fried rice (wow!), and Daphne our server was delightful. Will definitely go back.
