Had reservations. Arrived on time. No one greeted us. Had to look out for someone to help us check in. Waited long time for a table even tho there were plenty empty. After a while, got seated. After 25min, still no one come to our table to greet us or even bring us water. We left and had an immediate / great service and wonderful dinner at Ecco just across the street. Save yourself the headache and don’t go to this place.

Had a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious- I recommend the ribeye and the poutine. Really nice ambience and moderate noise level. Highly recommend this restaurant for a casual night out or a special occasion. Looking forward to our next visit!
I was looking for a new and good place to take my wife for Valentine's Day, and Rowdy Tiger was it! The food was delicious, and the wait staff was very professional and courteous. The short ribs were succulent, and the mashed potatoes tasted like they were made at home. If you're looking for a good spot to eat in Midtown, check out Rowdy Tiger!

Delicious dinner, friendly staff - loved Necie - great evening! Brussels sprouts are to die for! One friend said the mussels were the best thing on the menu. Short ribs were tender, she crab soup was perfect, and burgers were delish. You can probably skip the deviled eggs. Happy eating!

Management is poor at this restaurant. We were a table of 15 and were given ONE server. The server did everything she could be our food was late and some people never received their dinner at all. It took about 45 minutes to sort out the check. It was a giant disaster. This restaurant may be ok for groups of 2 people but do not bring a large party here. I was also not able to contact the restaurant by phone to let them know of changes in my reservation which is another problem. Food was ok, but expensive.

Went here on a Thursday night. The restaurant wasn’t quite half full at its busiest point. The food was tasty, plate presentation was as expected for the price range, portions were very good. The service, although friendly, wasn’t as attentive as it should’ve been, especially given how quiet the night was.
Not all liquors listed on the menu were available. The first two I chose were out of stock. The bartender ended up coming to the table to make sure there wasn’t a strike three. I must add that the bartender graciously poured a full dram (2 oz.) for me when I ordered a taste (1 oz.) due to the stock issues. Having worked in a number of restaurants over the years, that was the right thing to do. It was very much appreciated.
Overall, I’d go back to give the Rowdy Tiger another shot. I really want to like this restaurant.

This is a hotel restaurant. Food was just okay. Pork chop was dry. Soup was cold. Highlights were the mac & cheese (real not cauliflower) and the collards.
Service was slow. Very slow. And timing was off. Server did not ask if anyone wanted a second drink.
I was expecting an amazing Bourbon selection and was disappointed.

Great service. The food was very good except for an element of my wife's dinner. They addressed this immediately. Our waiter was great and made our Sunday evening concert date a real treat.

Tony was an amazing server! The food was outstanding! We were in from out of town, and we are so glad that we found this gem. We had the chicken and waffles, short ribs, and ribeye. We also had the croissant bread pudding. All were out of this world!

Excellent experience! Tasteful menu dishes, well mixed and poured cocktails. We tried the vegetarian burger made with lentil and carrot, was very well prepared and impressive as compared to similar products in this category. The salmon burger was also terrific. Saturday daytime live music was fantastic.

The vibe of the restaurant is tremendous. The bar is well-designed, the decor consistent with the theme and feels vibrant. Live music on Friday night and Cocktails that were delicious established Baseline expectations which were sadly unmet for the remainder of the experience. Service was extremely uneven, friendly when present, but given how sparsely populated the dining room was it seemed odd for our cocktail menu to arrive 10 or 15 minutes after we were seated. We did receive ice water, but not for several minutes after we were seated in the server indicated they would return with the cocktail menu, but then apparently got distracted.
The food was where the meal turned tragic. The description of each item was well crafted in the milieu of our time but the execution was poor. The mussels were redeemable, but uninteresting while the fried green tomatoes with burrata were tepid, bready and served on what seemed to be a mixed bed of arugula and iceberg lettuce. Good news, burrata can save just about any dish. The brussel sprouts were greasy with a topping that was poorly distributed and seemed to rely heavily on the favorite spice of mediocre chefs - salt. The burger was sadly less impressive than a similarly priced Bson version at Ted's Montana Grill, and my first bite was swamped with a monochromatic tomato which had all the flavoring of a Walmart produce special. Fortunately the tomato was sliced in a tremendously uneven fashion so at least it diminished in bulk as I progressed. At least the fries were good.
I had been prepared to thoroughly enjoy the Rowdy Tiger and the decor, ambiance and cocktail inspired me to Hope, but I left disappointed.

The service was not that great here - very disappointing. We were there for about 2 hours because we didn’t have a set server and probably were helped by 5 different people. I had to chase after someone to get the bill, which took another 10min or so to get. I hope it was an off night, because the food and drinks were really good, it was just the overall experience kind of put a damper on the meal.

Service was incredibly slow. We were in town for the Peach Bowl and it was crowded but not THAT crowded. Drinks were good - food was alright. Would not recommend.

I mostly went for the drinks. I’d rate the drink options at 8.5/10 - delivered pretty well. Food would be 7.5/8, helped by ambiance and drink selection but not sure it stands alone all that well. Service is 6.5, a bit slow but nice enough to maintain the experience.

We came to the Rowdy Tiger on a lark on one of the worst weather nights I've ever had in Atlanta, but they took care of us. I cannot say enough about the exemplary service, truly special stuff here. The cocktails were phenomenal, and the food was spot-on. I split the salmon salad thing with my mother-in-law, and I've never had salmon seasoned so well. My favorite dessert in the world is bread pudding, and Rowdy Tiger's bread pudding is up there with the best - baked in its own small cast iron skillet (!!). The ambiance is great - the space is broken up by big dividers, so the sound never gets too loud. The decor is modern without being annoyingly trendy. STRONG recommend

My wife and I had dinner here this past Saturday. From our perspective, this is a great place to have drinks, and not so great for dinner. I had the chicken and waffles but had to send back due to my chicken being overcooked. In addition, for the portion size and presentation of the dish, it is not worth $23. The drinks were good, so we still managed to have a decent time.

Came for a nightcap and appetizers with another couple. We were staying in the hotel, they were not. The food and drinks were a little expensive, but great. The service was slow and inconsistent. Our reservation was honored, but no mention of the birthday we were celebrating. The server took our drink menus and never returned although we stated we'd be drinking. The place is pretty, and maybe bar service is better, but I wouldn't dine in.
I believe we might have communicated on an alternate social media site as well. Happy belated birthday again to your husband. We couldn’t even get seated. Our reservation was at 8:30pm and by 9:10pm we still hadn’t been seated and the hostess was still nowhere to be found so we left.
