Enjoy a rotating menu of lobster-forward dishes like Pan Roasted Whole Lobster served with sherry butter, roasted corn and local potatoes, Clam Bake served with steamed lobster tail, steamers & mussels, and many more offerings! Reservations are encouraged, but walk-ins are always welcome.

    This was the second time I have been to Row 34 and I was just as impressed as the first time. The service was amazing. Everyone who came to the table knew the food and was able to help us navigate the oysters, as we are new to the raw oyster. I have a food allergy and they made sure that all the food was allergy free for me. Love this place and will definitely come back the next time I am in Portsmouth.

    We love love love Row 34. We went to the restaurant in May of '24 for my wife's birthday. Had such a great experience, that we decided to return this year (June 21, 2025) for our 17th anniversary, traveling over an hour from central MA. Everything is great about this location. The food is amazing. The environment and the ambience is spot on. Margie, our server, was chill, informative and helpful. The costs are extremely reasonable given all they do so well. We will absolutely be back in '26 and beyond. Well done Row 34 !!! Thanks for helping us celebrate such a special day in style. Cheers, Justin C.

    Our food was delicious and the service was great ! I wish the chairs were a little more comfortable but it was great other then that. The seafood was very fresh. And the chicken was delicious.

    Our first time to this lovely establishment but won't be the last. We had a very enjoyable experience here from start to finish. There wasn't one bit of a wait when we arrived, our waitress was super friendly, attentive and helpful, especially with our gluten intolerance issues. The drinks were outstanding and the food was just wonderful. We started with their extensive option oysters, which were fresh and expertly shucked. Great presentation too. My friend ordered the calamari appetizer which they also cooked gluten free with rice flour (shared fryolator). They were crispy and delicious. I had the monkfish which was excellent. My husband had the steak frites - perfectly medium rare and the fries were cooked to perfection. We didn't have room for dessert, but I'm sure those are great too. All in all, a great dining option in this foodie town.

    Friendly and knowledgeable server, Ava. All the staff are friendly and the kitchen is always responsive to food allergies. Tried in-house made pasta and lobster dish (Cacio y Pepe) which was excellent.
