   We dined at the bar and our waitstaff/bartenders were extremely knowledgeable about wine and oysters. They surprised us with a complimentary dessert and digestive for my husband’s birthday. Wonderful evening, we will be back soon!

   We ordered several appetizers; I liked the salmon crudo and oyster sliders. Our waiter was quite a character - good service, but did not recommend anything and told us not to order anymore than we already did. He was hilarious and would walk away while we were in the middle of placing an order (but maybe our indecision played a factor) 😊

    Food is always outstanding and so was service. I had a wonderful Mother’s Day lunch there. Please bring back the shrimp Cacio e Pepe-that dish was one I will never forget and want to order again.

    Everything was good UNTIL the waiter rudely cut me off midway through ordering food for my family of 5 saying that was a lot of food already. We were only able to put in appetizers! He did not do this in a nice way either but instead gave the me “stop” hand gesture midway. My family and I were so taken back that we decided to not even put in any of our entrees or spend any more money at this restaurant. The waiter also kept “jokingly” ask if he can bring out anymore food for us. I’m sorry but you would think I know my family better than this stranger does. We went out for my mother’s birthday on top of also celebrating Mother’s Day but the whole experience left such a bad taste in our mouths. I have been here multiple times and remembering having this waiter before too and that time it was not the greatest experience either.

    Great food and drinks as usual-Row 34 never disappoints. Hot buttered lobster roll is to die for. We had a small issue with not being attended to timely-but the host apologized and provided us with a free appetizer-which was greatly appreciated.

    First time went on 2/18/2023. Excellent dinner. Everything was delicious. That's why we returned. This time, yesterday 5/13/2023, was a huge disappointment. Ordered same thing: Oysters in lettuce wraps and fish tacos. Oysters were cold and not freshly made and fish tacos were also not freshly made, heavily battered, cold and overcooked, absolutely awful -- all was totally tasteless. It was obvious everything was premade as our order arrived right after it was placed. Sent back. Will not go again even though manager said they would work on the menu. Don't know why they felt they had to change a good thing. Such a big disappointment. Can't believe customers are settling for such poorly made food. I'm a foodie and enjoy a delicious meal. This was a disgrace. Will definitely take Row 34 off my list.

    I was bummed by my latest dinner. I've been to Row 34 several times before, and was looking forward to a delicious seafood, and I left feeling like I didn't actually have any at all. Here's the breakdown: A dozen oysters - fresh but not very flavorful. Hiramasa crudo - tasted like nothing. In hindsight, the kitchen may have left off the sauce by accident, and I should have sent it back. Whitefish pate - there was no mention that the pate would be CURRIED! WHY??? I wanted to taste fish, and this tasted like curried chicken salad. Again, I should have sent it back. Fish and chips - the fries were great. The fish was cooked well, with extra crispy skin, and again didn't taste like much. Kids slider - literally one tiny slider for eight dollars. The kids sides were twice the quantity for half the price. I felt ripped off, even if it did come with a heap of pickles. Kids fish sticks - a much bigger portion than the slider. The kid devoured it. In the end, I felt like I wasted my time and money, which is a terrible way to leave a restaurant. :(

    Very nice. The sandwiches were great. Chips were well made. The desserts were different than the usual frozen stuff a lit of restaurants heat up but the chocolate cake was light and fluffy and raspberry cream was exactly how i hoped it would be. The macaron and raspberries were really nice touches.

    It is really nice to have a restaurant of this quality in Burlington. It’s our go-to for amazing oysters. I do wish it wasn’t so loud inside. The music level makes it impossible to have a relaxed dinner conversation.

    Although our server was excellent and the menu was interesting, the food was ok - nothing special (except for the clam chowder which was amazing!) Very expensive- not a great value. Perhaps will try again but there are other seafood restaurants we prefer.

    We go quite often and didn’t think the food was as good as it usually is. Disappointing visit…Tuna tartare was chewy(usually delicious)bouillabaisse didn’t have as much seafood as previous visit, chocolate cake was dry and wouldn’t recommend, fresh oysters were delicious. Service was great. Drinks were delicious

    To be honest, food was not great. The fish tacos were bland un exciting and the oyster slider was tasteless as well. Friends who have dined with you reported the same boring food. Hope this helps you to find a more inspiring chef. thank you, will not recommend

    The mussels/broth was lukewarm—should be piping hot when served—that was a bit of a turn off. The salmon was excellent. The dessert (cookie with icecream and Rice Krispies plate) was very disappointing—stale and bland. Nothing special. Ambience and service great!     The drink menu, the raw bar menu, and the actual dinner menu are great and lots of choices! Prices on the lobster roll seem pretty expensive but the roll was very good. We ordered a shrimp roll that was overcooked and the customer service on that issue was fantastic as they took the item off our bill without any questions. The wait staff was knowledgeable and I loved the ambience.

    Have eaten here twice now and have been pleased both times; good quality food, not a huge menu but enough variety to please differing tastes, not crazy expensive. I couldn’t decide between meat and seafood, ended up ordering steak plus the fried oyster slider as an appetizer…delicious!

    Good service and food. A bit noisy but even in its previous incarnation it was noisy. Perhaps more soft furnishings to dampen the noise level. Overall a good experience and will return.
