Service was good. However, there were many items on the menu that were unavailable on the night we visited. Overall the food was decent but was lacking the quality expected at this restaurant’s price point. Improve the quality or lower the prices. Most likely will not return.

The food was great but honestly, the best part about the night was our server Isaac. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable of all the items on the menu even giving us suggestions. Give that man a raise!

We have visited Roux several times for dinner previously and always been delighted by the food and service; this was a chance to try their lunch menu, which (while understandably less comprehensive than the evening choices) was a good mix of options from light snacks all the way up to full entrees. The waitstaff are attentive but not overly so, the chefs are extremely competent (I had a delicious clam chowder soup followed by a steak that was beautifully cooked, then bread pudding that was some of the best I have tasted). This is going to be one of my go-to lunch venues from now on.

Another great evening at Roux Bistro! The set menu for Valentine's Day was a great value and had a nice selection. We've never been disappointed here. Even though it was virtually full, the noise level was not bad at all.

Menu was very well thought out. The Calamari appetizer comes with a very good saffron aioli and a marinara sauce that ought to be warm. Filet was great. Branzino special was also very well prepared.

The restaurant was empty. Quality of the food did not justify the prices and despite the restaurant being empty my order was wrong and by the time my correct order came my family had already finished their meal.
