The service and food are fairly steadily reliable. It's a very nice, warm, very casual atmosphere. At least for dinner the portions have become a bit smaller and prices higher for some dishes.

Had a nice new year eve dinner with my family, good food, good ambiance, not too expensive and very kind service. Would recommend and surly will come back if in NY again.

We took our family there as the menu seemed it had a lot to offer. Something for everyone. The quality of the food was terrible, even a basic hamburger. The cleanliness was below standard, and the prices were high for the quality of food they served. I would not recommend and I would never go back.

The waitress was very unfriendly! Since we are tourists from Switzerland our English is not that fluent. Instead of helping us to find the right meal, she was rude. The restaurant was not that busy, thus she had enough time to do her job.
