   We were there for Mother’s Day Tea. Our tea was not kept filled. Had a hard time matching menu items with what we got. Food was very good. Staff was very pleasant.

   We were on a time limit. We chose a time when they first opened. The waitress misunderstood one of the two orders we placed. Food was slow to the table and one order was incorrect. Brought it to the attention of the waitress. Tried to make good but time was the essence. The wrong meal was taken off of the final bill. An irritating mistake!

   Rotie never disappoints. We go for the charming atmosphere and stay for the amazing food and cocktails. A rare gem in a unique setting!

   The Easter manu was great with so many unique options, something I love about Rotie; they change the menu frequently so there is always something new to try.

   A wonderful place to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. Food was excellent. Drinks were great. Service was great.

   Both of our NY strips came out MW when we ordered MR. We ordered the salmon without the microgreens due to a cilantro-sensitivity. Salmon came out with the microgreens. Mac and cheese was soupy. Took quite awhile for the server to check on us after meals served- we had ordered horseradish with the steak and it came out at least 5 minutes after the steak- it should have come out together. Server asked us to leave before even taking our payment bc of some fire situation which is understandable….but nobody else looked like they were asked to leave. Odd.

   Hi Stacy, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry to hear your experience fell short. I would love to speak with you personally about your experience. Your service seemed to be far below Stella's standard. I will be addressing this with your server personally as you are completely correct. As for the being asked to leave - we had an emergency in our kitchen that evening that required the fire department to come. When on the phone with the fire department, they asked us to ask everyone to leave abruptly. We tried our best to get to all the tables as quickly as possible and offered gift cards for any inconvenience this situation caused. I can assure you all tables were asked to leave.     My friend and I ate here for their "Easter Tea". I guess I expected more for the price. There was a small selection of typical English-tea type savories offered on a single plate with the "sweet" being just one item. No problem, but the waitress did not bother to give us any plates to eat from (and some of these items couldn't be hand-held). When we asked for plates, she seemed annoyed and even rolled her eyes as if we were being "difficult". Bottom line, the food itself was very good, but the selection skimpy and the price was outrageous. I guess that's "normal" for a restaurant by Stellas?
