   The Masterclass workshop with Jutt was a heap of fun. He's super passionate about coffee, and full of knowledge!! Great experince!

   I joined Rosso Coffee Experience and it was absolutely a special moment!! Teacher Jutt is very hospitable and taught me a lot about how to handle espresso machines and even how to pour over coffee. Thank you so much for the unforgettable experience!!

   Coffee cupping tasting experience run by Jutte was awesome, he is very knowledgeable and explains the process well, also very patient in answering all the questions we had. Absolutely recommend staying for food after and trying the affogato, sublime.

   Food was delicious and the presentation creative and appetising. Service delightful, staff seem so happy to be working there. A little noisy but was very busy when we visited. Comfortable and somewhere I will book again soon.

   Book yourself into a Coffee Experience at Rosso on Dryburgh Street in West Melbourne. Jutts, the clever, award winning Rosso Roaster explains the mystery of good coffee. He knows the science behind a quality brew and where to source the beans. I need more practice to develop a barista’s skill. However I think I can identify the perfect taste. Thanks.

   If you’re passionate about coffee, Rosso Cafe in North Melbourne is an absolute must-visit. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant yet welcoming, with warm lighting and a stylish yet cozy setup. The highlight of our visit was meeting Jutt, the head roaster, whose passion for coffee is nothing short of contagious. He generously took the time to walk us through the origins of their beans, which are sourced from the finest regions of South America and Ethiopia. Jutt shared insights into the coffee-making process and hosted a cupping experience that was both educational and engaging. His ability to answer every question with enthusiasm and depth made the entire experience amazing. Beyond the coffee, the food at Rosso Cafe is equally beautiful. The brunch menu offers a variety of well-presented dishes, each as delicious as the next. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The coffee itself was the star of the show—expertly roasted and ground, with flavors that truly reflected the care and precision that goes into every cup. Our visit to Rosso Cafe was nothing short of amazing. Whether you’re a coffee connoisseur or just someone looking for a great brunch spot, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be returning for more of Jutt’s coffee expertise and the amazing vibe that Rosso Cafe offers!
