PLEASE NOTE - Friday & Saturday evenings we serve solely our tasting menu.
During December we will be serving solely our tasting menu every evening (Tue - Sat).
Superb food with excellent and engaging staff. Would certainly dine there again
This was our third visit to Röski and just as the previous visits the food was outstanding and the foh were excellent.
One of the best meals I’ve ever had
Fantastic food (wagu beef a must)
Great value for money
The set lunch is very good value at £25, and it was delicious. The only slight disappointment was the duck, which wasn’t quite as tender as we would have liked, but still full of flavour. Wines by the glass are excellent but really expensive. Very nice, attentive serving staff. Didn’t like the music, too loud for us!
Another memorable night at Roski .........you guys never fail to wow us ........feeling very indulged.
Fine dining in a cosy , almost neighbourhood setting .......
A very clever formula.
Looking forward to our next visit.
Interesting, innovative tasting menu in a relaxed restaurant with friendly service.
Excellent restaurant, been here a number of times now, this my first lunch. Same impeccable service and food as previous visits. Would highly recommend.
Lovely evening. Food fantastic and staff superfriendly. Thanks to the team
Excellent meal, and we loved our waiter. It felt incredibly friendly and warm as an experience, not like a typical high-end restaurant, which is often impersonal.
Absolutely outstanding food and service, as an experience it is quite unique and wonderful. I cannot rate the quality of the service any higher, our waiting staff were friendly, generous and kind. We felt truly welcomed.
Food was average to good, but the service lacked rhythm - was this the kitchen or the servers? Overall a bit disappointing.
We had such a delicious meal. The food was gorgeous to look at and a sensation of tastes. I really appreciated that the set menu had a fish main course, based on my msg when booking the table. That was really accommodating, indeed. A kindness. M
I purchased a gift voucher for my partner last Christmas since then we have had a baby! It was our first date night since our little boy was born and we couldn't have had a better meal/ night.
The food was Amazing. Loved it all! I had my baby brain on when booking and forgot to mention that my partner doesn't eat pork. The staff were great and last minute alternatives were provided. Thanks Chef!
If you are a foodie and live or visit Liverpool, a meal at Roski is a must.
We will be back!
We had the tasting menu and it was superb.
The originality of the courses was interesting and fun.
Although there wasn’t an official wine pairing, our waitress suggested wine by the glass to have with each group of courses.
All paired well and were lovely.
We had asked for vouchers for our birthdays and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
Great food and perfect service. Will return for the full tasting menu at some point in the future.
We had a lovely welcome from Andy at this chic little restaurant. The menu looked interesting and the red cabbage bolognese was outstanding. You would not realise it was meat free if you had not been told. We loved the trio of amuse- bouches which were Roski's take on fish and chips; delicious and very clever.
We really enjoyed the food and the peace of the surroundings. It is worth knowing that the weekday menu is a very short a la carte menu or the tasting menu. The message we took from this was that the menu is designed around the freshest /best available ingredients. Quality and big flavour was at the heart of every dish. We will definitely book again. It is great to have a restaurant of this standard in our wonderful city.
Food was excellent. Only criticism, and it is a very small one, the restaurant is very bright I think if the lighting was turned down the ambience would be nicer. A lovely evening.
We all enjoyed our meals. The red cabbage Bolognese was delicious! Great service and friendly staff.
Excellent food, innovative without being showy. Quality ingredients brought together with both modern twists and classic preparation. Our wine waiter was friendly approachable and knowledgeable with the rare quality of being happy and pleased to discuss the various wines in detail. Thoroughly recommend.
I was amazed by the quality and standard of food in a Liverpool restaurant. However, the fact that Roski may deserve a michelin star does not change the fact that it currently does not have a star. However, having ate at many establishments that do hold stars I found the price at Roski to be equal if not hire than some of those establishments. Whilst you deserve a star, you should reflect the fact you don't have one in the prices charged. Once you have a star I agree the prices are acceptable.
Well done though - Whilst the price was high, I expected to pay at least £150 - £180 anyway.
Roski is a relatively relaxed sort of upmarket restaurant. The tasting menu justifies the price with some very clever cooking, unusual flavours combinations and fun presentation.
Highly attentive staff, excellent selection of fine food and wines
Roski's lunch set menu is unbelievable value for money. We'd been before, about a year ago, and it was a fantastic experience. This time was good as well, just not as extraordinary as our first visit. We had beef with mushroom for main which was spectacular. My partner ordered the vegetarian main - marmite celeriac in a broth - which was nice as well, but just felt a little uninspired compared to the meat main. The room was very warm but it improved when we asked to have the heating turned down and the door was opened. All in all a lovely afternoon, despite a few niggles.
I loved the atmosphere and interiors but I was blown away by outstanding culinary experience
I had the most sensational dining experience at roski restaurant in Liverpool, from walking through the door to leaving the staff were very welcoming and very knowledgeable and a credit to the restaurant as for the food it was nothing short of magical, the flavours and textures combined to form a menu that was beyond sublime, how this place doesn’t have a Michelin star is unbelievable, everyone should have a dining experience like this at least once in their life, top marks all round from me and a return visit is definitely on the cards 🌟
What an evening! The food is unbelievable! There are not enough superlatives to do it justice! Wow!
Absolutely incredible from start to finish. Staff were amazing particularly the sommelier. It’s difficult to put into words how impressed we were with the food, it’s fun, creative and the tastes are second to none. Honestly just wow!
Brilliant from start to finish!
We visited at lunchtime and it was half full which provided a nice ambience.
I ordered from the lunchtime menu which was great value for money at £25. My husband ordered from the 3 course a la carte which was £55 and it was this that seemed really over priced for what it was.
We have eaten in lots of high quality restaurants and do not feel that this was worth the price in comparison to similar establishments.
It is for this reason that we wouldn’t recommend it. That said, we had a lovely meal and enjoyed the ambience.
Outstanding! Amazing flavours and presentation. Really could not fault it. Very welcoming staff and a menu to suit different budgets. Highly recommend.
An excellent tasting menu with variety and challenging dishes. Rabbit main course was one of the best I have eaten in a long time.
Second visit to this amazing restaurant, was not disappointed. Absolutely incredible food, attentive and knowledgeable staff, relaxed atmosphere and overall great experience. Thanks again Röski!
We had an incredible dining experience at Röski last week!
The service, food, wine pairing and ambience was absolutely spot on!
Would highly recommend to anyone.
An amazing experience, food wish test your senses and all the waiting on team are extremely welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to our next visit.
The ultimate fine dining experience! Can’t believe they still don’t have the Mstar! Will be treating myself to another visit at the earliest opportunity. Thanks Röski!
Our visit to Roski was a real dining experience. The food and wine flight was all very different to what we would normally go for. Service was also great and the restaurant had a really nice vibe to it. If fine dining is your cup of tea, Roski is for you. My only criticism would be the cost.
Excellent all round couldn’t fault it at all even down to the music selection excellent food wine evening was perfect
We had an amazing time and the food was excellent.
The only down side was that the front door was open and wasps got in , which my partner has a Phobia of.
We had the tasting menu and would definitely recommend it. The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself is a lovely little place on Rodney Street. We visited at lunch and there was a great atmosphere. The service was really good, everyone was very friendly.
Attended on Thursday 19 September for my wife `Birthday. Foods was really great and served by the team who help make the evening really enjoyable.
