    We chose this restaurant for my daughter’s graduation dinner. We had reservations. I asked for a large booth and we were seated in an empty area. We were hungry; it had been a long day. After 15 minutes of no attention (it was not busy) I signaled a man who happened to be the manager, Curtis. I explained and he could not have been nicer. He found our waiter immediately and offered a free appetizer. This level of service is rarely seen anymore. We got the calamari, it was excellent. My daughter got French onion soup and shrimp and scallops, all were excellent. I had lobster Alfredo which I found lacking a bit in flavor but would not tell them as they’d been so kind. When dessert time came, we told them we had an entire cake at home. Still they insisted on a free dessert. That I never expected. There were many good restaurants we considered but I certainly have no regrets over a minor inconvenience that was greatly compensated for. The lava cake was marvelous too. Definitely recommend Curtis and his crew and will return.

    Will go back! We were seated away from everyone else, which I hope was not because my wife had a guide dog. (I imagine there was another good reason for this.) Service was great and food was delicious!

    Made an online reservation, but no one seemed to notice that we indicated it was our anniversary. We pre ordered our meal selection and once again no one knew that. I think your on line reservation needs to be reviewd. Other than that, everything else was top notch.

    The restaurant has a modern vibe and was very quiet at our early dinner hour. Service was excellent. The food was all tasty enough — steaks properly cooked, salmon nicely grilled, large, fresh salads, and flavorful appetizers — but, nothing out of the ordinary. The wine list was a notch above supermarket level, but offered nothing particularly distinguished. We would dine there, again, but not for a special occasion.

    The salmon was fantastic at lunch. Service couldn’t have been more attentive. When the server learned we were commemorating my late husband’s birthday, she brought a lovely brownie and ice cream dessert. That is truly thoughtful and a mark of excellence!

    Ate dinner here while visiting the area attending an event. So many delicious sounding items on the menu it was hard to decide, but my friend and I went with the crispy Brussel sprouts as an appetizer. I decided in the Black and Blue steak and my friend had the tenderloin. Everything was great and our steaks were cooked perfectly (I like mine rare and it's not often it actually comes out of the kitchen that way!) The waitress was attentive and checked back often to see if we needed anything. The owners(?) stopped by the table to see if everything was ok as well. Will definitely eat here again if we're in the area.

    I had a great experience dining at the Rosewood Grill West Lake! The greater at the door was very kind and welcoming when seating us. The server was as great gave us plenty of time to decide on our order without making us feel rushed. The food was great I had the Delmonico steak and my husband had the lobster fettuccine. We also had the calamari for an appetizer. The food was all delicious! Everyone told us happy anniversary as we were there to celebrate our 2 year anniversary they also gave us a free dessert to share! I wouldn’t highly recommend this place the ambience is beautiful while a small restaurant there’s still plenty of privacy drinking at your table!

    This was the first time coming to this restaurant and it was amazing. We had the oysters as the special that was advertised. My only complaint is that the house rose's wasn't that good.

    The walleye “fish fry” was excellent. The batter was really really an accomplishment. However, the pierogis that were paired with it were a big let down. It was a risk for a chain, with something that’s not ever on the menu. I give credit for that. Could have done any potato and been safe. It detracted from the rest of the meal

    I love having brunch at Rosewood. The menu is varied and has something for everyone. I also love that we can easily make a reservation for brunch, which is popular with so many on Sundays and can lead to long waits. My friend and I split lots of yummy entrees this time: mushroom frittata, doughnut holes and avocado toast. We even had leftovers! Moe was a great server and kept the coffee and tea hot.
