    Rosewood delivers ambiance for an intimate dinner. They have a fireplace as well. Our meal was on point and delivererd in a timely manner. We had a new server who struggled with providing information on some of the daily "specials". Overall, I would recommed this restaurant for their value and atmosphere.

    Seated promptly, served promptly, server was very nice and seemed to enjoy what he does. Bread service was very good. If bread service is good, you have a better idea how good the meal will be. The pork chop is HUGE and melts in your mouth. The Delmonico was big and cooked exactly like I wanted but for being the best steak they serve, it was good but also average.

    The service was great, wonderful risotto and lobster bisque. The prime rib was very tough to chew, and not very tasty. We've been there before, and will be back. This was probably just a one time thing.

    I love this restaurant. This experience was disappointing. The food service was slow. My food was cold. The server never asked how my food was. I didn’t eat much of my food. She didn’t check anything with me. She offered me a box to take the food home.

    Food was too salty; my wife got the shrimp & scallops which she didn’t even finish. I got the chicken Anna and the chicken was too dry. Nice ambiance but food was mediocre at best.

    We ordered the cauliflower steak and the short rib ravioli. Both excellent. The deviled eggs were good but could have used a little more pizzazz like maybe basil instead of lettuce. Key lime pie was very good except the whipped cream tasted like sour cream so we scraped it off. Otherwise excellent meal.

    I had the clambake and it was fantastic!The clams were delicious and I ordered an extra 12. Another person in the party had lobster tail and was very good. I was very impressed.

    This is our “go to” place. Great fresh food. Incredible staff and service. It’s a beautiful place for any special occasion or for just a really nice dinner out. Reliably a special experience.

    Rosewood Grill was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday. Valencia, our server, was exceptional. The hostess mentioned a complimentary dessert for the birthday, but we did not receive it. All four meals were delicious and well presented. One thing we wished was that the menu was a bit more expansive. Overall, we would highly recommend Rosewood Grill.

    We haven't been to Rosewood (Crocker Park) in quite a while. The meal was very good. Our server was also the bartender. She was excellent! We had a very nice time and recommend Rosewood to anyone.

    We enjoyed our dinner very much and will go back. So much of the visit was just fine, but two things stood out. First, french onion soup was only luke warm. Flavor was fine, jsut needed to be served hotter. Second was the pork chop. It was cooked just fine and the peach sauce was a nice addition. However, chop had too much salt on it. I woke up twice during the night with dry mouth, not normal. Service was fine, attentive. Nice wine selection. Hoping the two food issues were flukes.

    Not our best experience. Wait staff person was not diligent about our requests. No bread was offered. Water had to be requested twice. Soup was not hot. It was a birthday of which the wait staff person was not aware.

    My sister, my best friend, and I had lunch at Rosewood in Westlake. From the entrance, the seating, and our waitress, everything was perfect. The food was delicious and plentiful. I would recommend Rosewood.

    We came in for prime rib on Saturday. Over 50 dollars for each meal with no soup or salad. Okay. We still wanted it. It had no flavor. None. The lobster bisque had lobster in the description on the menu, yet neither of us had a single piece of lobster in our soup. After our server checked on us, we never saw her again. We sat there with dirty plates and empty drinks for quite awhile. To the point that we asked another server for boxes and our check. Our server appeared sick with a cold. That was indicated by her sneezing throughout. We thought we didn’t see her because she wasn’t feeling well. This review is less about service and more about food and what took place next. Throughout dinner, we saw a man that appeared to be the manager. Dark hair in a suit, answering the phone. Mostly standing around doing nothing, not even bothering to stop at our table to see if we needed anything when it was clear we were finished. Somehow, a completely empty martini glass at the edge of the table wasn’t enough for anyone to come by to ask if another was needed. It’s a clear way to lose a sale. And they did. As I was paying the bill, the manager walks to the table behind us and asks how everything was. He then skips our table and goes to the next table and asks the exact same question. It was not only incredibly rude, it felt intentional and frankly unkind. We wouldn’t have even complained. Every restaurant has an off night. However, this was really bizarre. Our check was almost 180 dollars for 2 prime rib dinners, 2 bowls of soup, and 3 cocktails. Train your management. Then your staff will fall in line.
