wonderful Sunday Brunch Whiskey style. Everything was paired well and really exceptional.
Overall, dsappointing. Not any one big item but an accumulation of small details and an MIA server was just not good. Asked for dressing on side for salad, it came loaded with it. Appetizers came late and we weren't done with them and entrees came. Ordered the pork chop medium, it was so dry and overdone it was a sin. Regular potatoes instead of redskins as listed, regular steamed broccoli instead of lemon broccoli used. No bread service offered. Wifes filet was maybe 5 ounces...i can keep going on and on. And the MIA server was baffling...its not like he had a ton of tables...its like he was doing a complete other job somewhere else and we were a distraction he had to deal with. We want to come here more as we live closeby but these are basic details that are not hard to execute and they cant for some reason. If you are going to provide bad service and experience for people who actually come to the restaurant because you are overwhelmed with online orders, then shut down the dining area and go take out only. They wont do that becuase of the amount of wine and liquor they sell for dine in, but then please fix your process. Its broken
Excellent service and food is consistently delicious.
Ordered the special, Cowboy Steak ($65) and asked for it to be medium rare. The steak was totally over done.
Welcoming, great service, great food, overall great experience!
Oh my gosh the sushi shots are amazing you must get them as an appetizer if you are at Rosewood. Perfect amount of spicy and quality tuna. My wife and I shared the french dip and the perch (basically a fish and chips). Also both excellent. The batter on the fish was so good. Samantha was our waitress she was great. Very attentive and always nice.
Beautiful atmosphere, wonderful service, outstanding food. Nice outdoor patio with fire pits and heaters if you're looking for that
A lovely patio setting with wonderful, consistent dishes.
The outside inside of the restaurant was very beautiful. The food, however, did not live up to expectations. The spring rolls were amazing but the lobster bisque and lobster fettuccine was very bland. After sending both back I felt a bit pressured to get another entree. I did not like my experience there and I do not see myself going back.
Food was good this time, but had been excellent the previous three times we were there. Service is always outstanding, but it was exceptional this time. Our waitress was very pleasant and genuine. She displayed a calm sense of urgency about getting us anything we asked for in a timely manner. Very good experience overall, and the food was not a disappointment but it is usually top shelf. Still a four out of five.
The restaurant is inviting, warm and quiet. We had a lovely dinner and our appetizers were amazing. The staff was helpful and took great care of us.
We really enjoy dining at Rosewood Grill. Wonderful food, great service!
Dinner out was very nice!! It was very cold in the restaurant but the service was awesome!
Great food with many choices. I had the cowboy steak.
Great menu and high quality. Wine selection was good with good value. Service was excellent and dining area was roomy and warm.
It was our 17th anniversary. We always treat ourselves to a place a little out of our price range for just this special day. Everything was fine except for the music. It was entirely all wrong for that type of atmosphere.
Loved it quiet. Great server.
Excellent service! Food was equally great!
We booked an early dinner to avoid crowds with Covid 19 prevalent. My wife and I had the surf and turf specials and were pleasantly surprised by the our dinners. It was our first indoor dining since March and we were not disappointed. Service was great too!
First timing dining out in forever and it was a COVID safe dining experience that made us very comfortable. Service was fabulous and they went out of their way to make us feel special for our anniversary. Food was delicious and perfectly timed between courses.
Always a great place with good food and great service. Good setting.
Sat at the bar. Server, Rachelle, was attentive, she made me a nice cocktail. My issue is: my lobster bisque was requested to be served before my meal. It arrived after my lukewarm scallops were presented. I declined the bisque. Scallops were reheated and were very good on the second try.
I took my wife her for our Anniversary recently and also to surprise her as she has beard our 3rd child who is 2 weeks old. I have frequently been here in the past. I called a day in advance to make reservations for a Thursday which was dollar oyster night I also requested a private booth in the corner for our anniversary I was told it was taken care of. We arrived promptly Thursday at 6 PM and I was told the booth was not available and it would not be for quite some time she asked if she could seat us immediately at another table in the middle of the dining room which reluctantly we said was OK. We sat downAnd after 20 minutes I had to go to the hostess stand to inform them that a waiter or waitress has not came to the table yet. Once a waitress did she told us that Bread was not available and was in the oven and that she would bring it out as soon as it was finished. I also ordered calamari oysters and was told they ran out of oysters on a A night where they were a dollar apiece which makes no sense that they weren’t prepared. Shortly after a large party came in and got bread before we dead from our server who was also taking care of them. Food was delicious service was awful when I’m spending $100 on dinner I expect great service my opinion is avoid this place. I also informed the manager who did not seem to give a care in the world
Have not been here in four years, and had a wonderful experience! Menu was amazing and we went with the special which had three courses. Loved the food quality, taste and also presentation. Waiter was attentive but gave us space, and ambiance was wonderful for a nice quiet and relaxing date during these crazy COVID times. Very clean, safe, and excellent social distancing practices. Look forward to a return visit!!
We sat outside and with the heaters we were comfortable even though it was only 55 degrees.
Eric was our server and he was efficient and friendly.
Food as always was great.
Great value for quality of food, service and venue.
Rosewood Grill is doing a great job in serving customers and keeping them safe with their covid protocols. Space between tables was sufficient and all staff members wear masks at all times. Our server was fantastic and the meals were delicious as always.
The lobster bisque was good but not for $10 a small cup. The mushroom frittata was very unappetizing. The hashbrowns that came with it were sprinkled with quinoa and tasted very strange. The bowl of ketchup on the side was decidedly odd given how hard the restaurant was trying to be posh. Both I, and my guest, had 2-3 bites of the hashbrowns and frittata and pushed the whole plate aside. The waiter did not care that we both thought it was gross. I brought it home to my husband who eats anything and HE thought it was gross. For 2 cups of bisque, a coffee, a diet Pepsi and 2 mushroom frittatas, the bill was $60.
It would have been a waste of money for 1/2 the cost. Will never ever go there again.
Lobster bisque, sushi shots and more... Fantastic evening, overall perfect dinner and service. Thank you Rosewood for a continued great experience!!!
We love Rosewood Grill and have eaten there for many years.
Great food, service and atmosphere and we feel safe there during the pandemic. Sharon is a fabulous manager and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
Service left a lot to be desired. The kitchen staff improved what would have been an unpleasant experience. Far better restaurants in that price point have closed forever in the last 6 months. Hopefully Rosewood Grill will raise their standards to fit their menu and prices, rather than the reverse.
The food and service were both great. One of our favorite places.
Nice patio setting; great food and service. Good cocktails, too!
Best meal I can remember. Great service. Reasonably priced.
They always provide top notch food and service. Enjoy the patio while the weather is good.
Had a wonderful birthday dinner. Sat outside by the fire. Waitress was excellent, along with the food.
Everything was delicious. However, the steaks were not consistent in how they were cooked, which makes it hard to know how to order your steak.
Had an excellent evening, food was wonderful, server was excellent
Good food and good service
Always good food with numerous selections. Great patio.
Good food and service for brunch. Higher end food reflected in price. Overall great experience.
