I have eaten here previously and had excellent dishes. I would stick to the entrées and stir frys and definitely not go back for sushi. edamame looked like it had been in the refrigerator for a week.

Absolutely horrible food and experience. We ordered several things off of the menu and each item was awful. The wonton soup lacked any flavor or salt, so much so that the broth tasted like chemical tap water. The yellow curry was also hugely lacking in any flavor and veggies were extremely undercooked. We also ordered the red snapper and once again, not even a bit of salt - it was so flavorless and a complete waste of $30. I know Cincinnati is very Caucasian but for every single dish to come out completely lacking any seasoning and flavor, and the way the dishes were executed, is a total insult to Thai, Japanese, and Chinese cuisines. The restaurant was also weirdly quiet when we came in and very empty, but then suddenly the same Michael Jackson song kept playing on loop for thirty minutes until we said something to a server who wasn’t even our server. Never coming here again and so very upset we wasted so much money and a good date night here.

Food was quite delicious! We had appetizers of tuna tartar nachos, and egg rolls. Main entree’s of Thai cashew chicken, pad Thai, spicy Thai and chicken basil thai stir fry. Quantity was abundant, we took leftovers home. Was surprised to see there wasn’t much of a crowd which was the only disappointing thing

Very disappointed. We loved the former Oakley fish house. Mussels overcooked shriveled,cold. Duck tasted reheated with thick fried crust. Overall seems they have moved to big portions and low quality. This cant be the same chef.Nigiri sushi was fine. Server was pleasant.

Karen, we have the same chefs who worked for us when we began as Teak in Mount Adams. They also work for our sister restaurants: Teak OTR and Teak Loveland. We are deeply sorry that you were disappointed with your food and will look into what was happening when you visited Rosewood. Our menu still has the entrees from Oakley Fish House. They just have been supplemented with the Teak Thai entrees and sushi. We want all of our diners to have a positive experience with us and hope you can return for a sensational meal and superior service since we will be sorting out your concerns right away.

Jay was my server and he was an absolute delight. He was personable, very friendly and definitely answered all of my questions. The food was super flavorful given it was my first time there, the crowd was minimal which was lovely too. Now I will say there were some workers who came in on their off day and that was a little off putting, they were loud and rude to say the least. Once they arrived the mood was definitely dampened and my date and I decided to leave. Outside of that though I enjoyed my experience and will be back again. Thanks again Jay for a wonderful time. I wish you all the best my mans! ☺️

The venue is lovely and bright. Food and presentation were wonderful. Service was friendly and our server, Nimbol, was very knowledgeable, making wonderful recommendations as the menu has a lot to choose from. It was a little quiet, but I wouldn’t expect that to last as more people find out how awesome this place really is.

Pro: The service is really strong - Jay is a great server! Pro: It is a well-designed restaurant inside, and the outside patio is quite nice. Con: The food has gone way downhill. The beet salad was good, but the proportion of beets to goat cheese was way off (please add more beets and cut back on the huge mound of goat cheese!). The real problem was with the entrees: while the Red Curry Seabass was good, it was only lukewarm and not hot from the oven - I got the sense they scooped it out of a pre-made pot and reheated/microwaved it a bit. The Stuffed Flounder, unfortunately, was inedible and was sent back (and taken off the check). It was cold, as though it was previously frozen and taken out of the refrigerator and put on a plate. And the flavors of that first (and only) bite were bland. Extremely disappointing. We have been customers of Rosewood since the space reopened as Oakley Fish House. Oakley Fish House was wonderful, but the change in management and name really shifted the quality of the restaurant. We would love to return, but unless there's a major change in the quality of the food, it's difficult to see that happening. With so many good choices for sushi and seafood in the area, Rosewood needs to step up its game to be competitive.

When we re-branded and imported much of our menu from our sister restaurant, Teak OTR, we thought we were on the right track with adding award-winning Thai cuisine and sushi to our fresh fish menu. We also share staff among restaurants. Your comments are appreciated so that we can immediately look into what is going on in the kitchen. We made a reservation for 4 of us at 6 pm on a sunday. We arrived to a fairly empty restaurant. The server was the host and he sat us right away. after that down hill. More tables arrived and he was still doing everything alone. It took forever to get anything. we tried to pour our own water. The food was OK. Hot apps came out cold. The sushi was good quality and done well. the ginger served w the sushi was sour. We were excited to go back to Rosewood where we had a nice experience the first time, but I won't be going back again.

Overall, we love th sushi and fresh fish dishes. The Sea Bass was out standing however constructive feedback is to have move potatoes and less Brussels Sprouts Two areas that need more attention is service and desserts. Both weee sub par. I also miss the previous red wine selections.

From the outside, Rosewood doesn't look like much, but it is hands down the best Thai food experience my husband and I have ever had. We ordered spring rolls and crab rangoon to start, and they were both so good. The sauce with the crab rangoon made the appetizer even better. We had the mango tango roll which is easily the best sushi I have ever had. For dinner, we split both the pork belly hash and chicken pad thai. The pork belly hash was such a unique dish, and we absolutely loved it. I would go back for this over and over again. My husband didn't think there was anything too special about the pad thai, but I thought it the sauce was richer and creamier than others I've tried, so I was very happy with it!

First time in this restaurant with the new theme and entrees. Service was excellent and very knowledgable . Happy hour had good alcohol variety and appetizers were large generous servings. I will add the Rosewood to my list of places to return.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The food was outstanding. Service was great! Our server was attentive, friendly, courteous. He even took care of dessert for my fiancée’s birthday and made a killer recommendation for the beignets. The sushi Love Boat was fantastic. They say it’s for 2 but was probably enough for 3 or 4 after appetizers. I’ve always loved the sushi there, but the sashimi and nigiri that came on the boat were even better. And as always the crab puffs were stellar. We’ll be back again and again.

Went to happy hour-not too busy. Our server was very good. I had the oysters for happy hour-decent flavor. Had the ginger salad-very big portion-should be served in a bigger bowl-tons of ginger dressing-was thick but ok. The dim sum pork and shrimp was not good-dry and tasted like a meatball and the dough was not great. Wine was very good for the price (white wine-was supposed to be the sauvignon blanc but changed it that day to pinot-the server still gave me one glass of sauv before switching over-they were both good and chilled nicely.

They were understaffed (only one sushi chef) and yet still seating tables to full capacity. It sounded like there wasn’t a manager there either which just sucks for the staff working without support and having to apologize to the customers on behalf of management. Anyway, the only thing we got was edamame because we waited 1hr 30 min for food and really needed to get the babies home to sleep before they lost it so we asked if the food could be boxed to go and found out it still wasn’t even in the process of being prepared so we just paid for our drinks and left without eating. The food we did see come out looked decent so might give it another shot outside of popular time frames.

Minod was our Server and he did a great job! Have had him before. Took Dinner Group ( 8 ladies) and everyone enjoyed. Drinks are delicious. Didn't get appetizers since entrees are quite large. Chicken coconut soup is " to die for"! I get it every time--- very tasty and highly recommend. Pad Thai -- standard and delicious. Ginger salmon is very good. Stuffed flounder-- nice presentation and lady " ate it all up"! Too full to get desserts but highly recommend---- all very good! Opening up a 3rd location in Loveland! Yay !

Food was amazing and service was excellent. Only issue was my husband ordered sushi and because they had a bunch of DoorDash ordered we waited over an hour for sushi. They did bring us out some edamame for free while we waited which was nice

Excellent food! As the relatively new sister location of Teak Thai (in OTR), their menu includes all our favorite Thai and sushi dishes from there, but without the downtown crowds, and no wait for a table. Friendly, flawless service. The atmosphere was nice and casual, although they have plenty of wall space to hopefully add more decor eventually. The patio looks nice but wasn’t open— it had been raining earlier. My wife and I enjoyed the flowers and trees walking around Oakley square afterwards.

Everything was amazing for a first date. The birds nest cocktail was so good. I hope there’s a hot toddy version with peppermint during the holidays!

Went for a birthday dinner. Everyone was friendly from the moment we were grated to the time we left. The food was amazing and we’ve tried most of the Thai in the city. We will definitely be back.

Second time here and it did not disappoint. Celebrated my husband's birthday. The owner provided all four of us with a glass of champagne to celebrate! Isabel was our server and she was outstanding-the service was a team effort and all that served us were wonderful-what I was impressed with was no one was standing around-the team was polishing glasses, putting away barware constantly filling our glasses. I had the chicken Thai spicy level 6-I could have dialed it back to 5 but still good and took over half my meal home. Two of our table had the Pad Thai and enjoyed it and also brought half of their meals home. My son enjoyed the beef fried rice. We share the lettuce wraps-only thing that was missing was a sauce to pour over the chicken. Great place to have a really good Thai dinner. Sad they were out of the oysters-when I was there last time they were delicious!

I was underwhelmed by the experience. While portions are large they lack the punch of flavor associated with Thai cuisine. Service was great as well as the cocktails but that alone doesn’t drive someone to return soon.
