Found the food to be a bit over priced for what you get. Steak frites and fries for $54, I was expecting a better plate. Steak was overcooked and not worth what I paid. The plus side we had champagne on the house as it was our anniversary. Service started off fantastic but quickly dwindled off as we had no drink refills and had to constantly ask for things.

Possibly one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Purposely made reservations at 6pm over a month ago as we had tickets for the concert that started at 7:30. We arrived right on time and were told that they were running behind and our table wasn't ready. It was after 6:20 by the time we were seated. As a result, we felt like we were now on the clock so we could eat and then walk to venue and get to our seats. Once seated, our server came by to ask for our drink order but we didn't have a wine list so we asked for the and once she brought it over and left. We didn't see her again for over 15 minutes. at which point we needed to order both our drinks and food at the same time in order to make the concert. My wife's wine was delivered pretty quickly however my bottle of beer never arrived and no one came by our table. Next our food came, appetizer and main course at the same time, despite asking for the appetizer first. It was delivered by the manager so I asked for my beer which eventually came but we had already had started to eat due to the time constraints we were now under. I must say the food was excellent however the overall horrible service experience and eating under the angst of being rushed over shadowed the job the kitchen did. We never saw our server again until I flagged her down to signal for the bill and the machine to pay. As we were waiting for our bill, the manage came over to the table beside us to talk them through the service issues that they had (not receiving one of the items they ordered) and brought them complimentary desserts. I will never go back and in good conscious could never recommend anyone ever go here. I am normally not the type of person who writes negative reviews but this experience was horrible and ruined the entire evening for both my wife and I.

I couldn’t have been more disappointed. We came for a celebration. The food for 5 of our table of 6 was not even lukewarm. The 6th dish arrived several minutes later and was comped with apologies. We were served water one time and my second request was not fulfilled. I had to ask two times to get a wobbly table fixed. The reviews for this restaurant were pretty good. I’m not sure if it was a management change or a one of but I’m planning to go back.

Great dining venue before a concert at Budweiser Stage. Service was cheerful and quick. We ordered from the fixed price Pre-Show Menu which was indicated as the only option for our reservation time in Open Table, but only available on request at the restaurant. The Against All Odds cocktail was very refreshing and a nice change in flavours. The hot chicken sandwich was delicious and filling. The Ceasar salad was good. My partner’s shrimp cocktail starter was very good. Overall, I’d recommend a visit to Roses.

The food and staff were great! As I was enjoying the food I ordered i could see the kitchen in action. They worked really well together to get the food ready. The waiter we had was super nice too!

We came to Roses Social before a concert. It was busy but to be expected. I ordered the lobster and shrimp roll. Honestly - for $38 it was terrible. There was so much bacon and a couple small chopped pieces of lobster and shrimp and there was a negligible amount of mayo. A true lobster roll is all about the delicious creamy sauce. This was plain plain plain. And my plate came with cold fries. I did complain and was presented with a bowl of hot fries though this took forever and we had to flag down the hostess for this. Our server was so busy, we literally only saw her to pay. It took forever to get one beer served. All in all this was not a great dining experience. The A/C was super cold and it was very noisy.

We attended the restaurant before a concert so the restaurant was very busy and loud! The food was fresh and tasted great. The staff were helpful, but there wasn't enough staff working for the number of Customers in the restaurant. The staff encountered impatient customers because of the waits associated with limited staff. On shift.
