Set in a beautiful Art Deco building in the thriving heart of Prospect, Rosemont Hall is the perfect spot for friendly lunches, fun times and casual get togethers.

Outside, come for a fresh juice and a healthy Asian salad, while the kids play in the plush laneway and garden. Then stay for dinner in our beautiful restaurant and get transported to 1920’s Hong Kong.

When it comes to food, there is plenty to choose from- whether it’s a meat platter from Mr Chan or a selection of delicious snacks with a wine in hand. We are all about keeping it casual, but also offer table service for dinner in the main “hall”. Think local seafood, roasted meats, dim sum and stir-fry’s straight from the wok.

Have wanted to try Sunny's Shop for a while and must say was quite disappointed. Our booking was for 6pm and the place was already packed we had a tiny table squeezed in between two other parties one with a toddler which is fine as most of us have had them but a broken plate later I felt for them. The hall section was also packed you had to fight your way to the toilet and the music, geez it was loud, really loud my husband and I were yelling at each other to be heard, yes play music(and the selection was good) but it kills any conversation and I figure this was the reason it was so loud was because they were trying to jam so many people. We ordered the shallot pancakes, curry puffs, egg plant and green chicken curry, the pancakes were all batter, the curry puffs were nice but the egg plant was over powered by the sauce and quite greasy and the curry completely unremarkable, yes green curries often are but for the price and the pitiful size we were expecting more, and a cup of rice for two adults to share??? We ordered the "chilli oil" this was the best part of the meal however $4.50 for a teaspoon of oil is ridiculous it should be on the house especially the second one we ordered because surely it would make you wonder why we ordered another. We wanted to try the place and we did however we won't be going back and won't be recommending friends to either. $131 later it was simply not worth it, money is hard earnt so its a shame when it is wasted like this, god to think of the ingredients I can buy at the markets for that money and make the curry from scratch. Note the comments are about the food and space, not the waiters they were nice.

Our server was excellent. The cheeseburger spring rolls and dumplings were delicious share plate options, the lunchtime menu prices allowed us to buy a few options to share. Prices and quality of food was brilliant. Even with a day of change to our booking number and 15min change in time rosemont accomodatef our needs perfectly. It’s our favourite place in Prospect to go out for work functions.

This place is the cutest!! it has the most aesthetic dull lit interior with perfectly fitting music. it is the perfect place for a nice meal and conversation. i will be going back and have told countless people to do the same.

We appreciated the table that we were given towards the rear of the dining room as the restaurant was full which made for a very vocal room The staff member looking after our table (a young man) was excellent and explained the menu items and allowed our group time to choose our food from a comprehensive menu

Overall was a great experience . Food was delicious and came out quickly considering how busy they were. The restaurant is beautiful. Cocktails were very nice and staff were great Definitely recommend it

Beautiful food and atmosphere. The servings were small for the price, however it was excellent food. Great service. Thank you for a lovely night.

Beautiful decor, excellent selection of dishes. Very busy and a little understaffed so slow on drinks. Food quite pricey but exceptional flavour. Nice cocktail list. Very friendly waiting staff. We will definitely return.

My favourite restaurant in Prospect. Casual warm inviting atmosphere, it’s easy to forget you’re in Adelaide. Food is delicious and fresh, and service great. Despite being booked out, the waiting time is not long.
