    Great step up from last time I’ve gone a few years ago! We got a booth table in front of the large windows without having direct sunlight. Food was excellent and the tea was delicious. Very different from the corporate feeling from the upstairs room we were in last time. Service was a bit slow but it was very busy. Worth going back!

    Filet mignon was delicious, highly recommended. Worth the splurge for a special treat in a very pleasant atmosphere with a view of the Cathedral next door.

    Je n’ai pas aimé mon repas. J’ai pris la pièce du boucher et l’entrée de canard. Très cher pour ce qu’il y a dans l’assiette. C’est la 4e fois que je viens chez Roselys et j’ai toujours trouvé les prix élevés. Selon moi, il y a beaucoup d’autres restaurants du centre/ville qui offrent un meilleur rapport qualité/prix.

    Went for Mother's Day brunch and it was crazy expensive for what was served. The food was good, but is was good for $50 CAD, not for $125. Not champagne included, no little something (a flower?) for the mom's.

    The music is too loud fora restaurant. We had a hard time hearing ourselves. If you lowered the music, I would have given a better rating. The music is nice but much too loud

    Service exceptionnel. Les serveurs fantistique. Toutefois, les hôtesses d’accueil étaient tellement désagréables, on a failli repartir dès notre arrivée!

    Nous avions un spectacle à 20h. Comme nous étions sur place des 18h15 et que le serveur savait que nous devions quitter… nous avons reçu notre plat principal à 19h45… pas eu le temps de bien profiter du repas et le délai pour servir le repas fut beaucoup trop long.

    Generally it was good. Main courses are excellent, and my daughter likes the kids menu. The only thing I think there might be room for improvement is the service.

    Great ambience and service. Food looks great and is good but, my personal opinion, taste and flavor not quite at the same level as some other restaurants, e.g., Monarque in Old Montreal comes to mind.

    Really disappointed. I made a reservation one week in advance for our first brunch together as a married couple, and I heard so many good things about that place. We arrived right on time of our reservation there were a lot of bigger , clean tables available. We decided to just tip the server and leave as that was not the experience we were convinced we would have at all. I would not reccomend.

    Service impeccable! Nourriture délicieuse. Le burger était vraiment bon et la bavette de bœuf succulente. Nous avons passé une agréable soirée. Pas de pression pour commander. Nous y retournerons, c’est certain.

    Came for the jazz on Tuesday. Excellent music, great atmosphere, amazing food. Everything we ate was outstanding — especially the oysters and mushroom risotto. Would highly recommend.

    Je suis généralement vendu au Fairmont. Hier lors de mon passage j’ai été un peu déçu . À 10h30, il n’y avait plus de jus d’orange, plus de pain ménage. Un peu particulier pour un Brunch de Pâques. Les serveurs étaient peu attentionnés à nos besoins, ils ont même cassé des verres tout près de nous sans s’excuser de la situation. Aucune musique d’ambiance. La nourriture était cependant excellente, mais la présentation était ordinaire. Je reste sommes toute un peu perplexe sur notre expérience.

    Our reservation was for 1:00 pm but we were told in a less than courteous way that we had to come back at 1:30 pm because the table wasn’t ready. When we came back at 1:30 there was a huge lineup and it didn’t move for the 15 minutes we were there waiting so we decided to leave.

    We went there for easter brunch. Booked for 13h30pm, seated at 14pm. The line was disappointing for a Fairmont restaurant, especially when you’re with a hungry toddler. They obviously have organization issue because they did not even find our booking through open table, so they put us to a random table. Food quality was good even though desserts need to be upgraded. Especially because it was easter but no ounce of chocolate, and also because we need less sugar and more finesse in them. Table service is non existant, but let’s put it on labor shortage account. 15% tip is already included in your bill though. We didn’t want to tip 15% with the service we had but we saw the lady managing maybe 10 tables at a time by herself, so we were sorry for her.

    We had called ahead to verify seating arrangements and they had advised that we had a booth and considering this is an upscale restaurant I did not consider it necessary to call again to verify. On the day, unfortunately we ended up with a table completely in the back near the service trays all while some booths and other tables facing the Windows were empty. I mentionned this to the manager and she did not offer any apologies and rather explained that they could not accomodate preferred seating arrangements. So no will not go back.
