Tout est très bien comme on s'y attend, mais franchement le bruit ambiant est difficile à endurer...
On doit donc "se crier" une conversation ce qui n'est pas approprié quand on souhaite parler de choses sérieuses... Le service, le chef, l'accueil, c'est très bien.

Lieu magnifique. Des plats intéressants haut de gamme pour le petit déjeuner. Hélas, les assiettes glaciales gâchent tout en refroidissant vite les plats succulents. Ce n'est pas digne ni du lieu ni du prix...

The service was really really outstanding. Beautiful decor, newly renovated. Modern but kept a vintage feeling. Food is delicious. I will definitely go back.

Great decor, great service and great food.

That said the noise level was very very loud and it was very hard to have a conversation. I wouldn’t go back because of that.

Our 2nd time at Rosélys turned into a nightmare ! Quite expensive Big seafood platter was executed in a very cheap way. Lobster was served as just a defrosted lobster meat from Costco-not a whole lobster cut in 2, calamari salad was far away from being tender and having some taste into it, grey crab meat wasn’t even fresh! The oysters were covered with a cheap black caviar imitation (why to do it at all?????) and the waiter was lying that it was a real caviar from a fish that he doesn’t remember a name😂
Ordered lamb to replace the non acceptable seafood platter and the lamb arrived hard as a rubber sole and absolutely tasteless! Terrible experience! We’ll never come back!👎

C’était très bien. Les scones et les desserts étaient délicieux Cependant, nous aurions apprécié plus de petits sandwichs et moins de fantaisie. Il manquait de petits sandwichs aux concombres. Quant au service, Jonathan a été impeccable. Nous avons passé un très bel après-midi.

The food was very lacklustre and in some cases quite disappointing. The best thing we ate were the oysters. Salad was soggy with too much dressing and where was the cheese? The petit gris appetizer was extremely salty and the grilled octopus was rubbery. The foie gras was overdone. As for the mains, we all had fish. Both the walleye and the COD were under seasoned and under whelming. The best part of the evening was our very helpful and ever present waiter.

A bit expensive but the food is very good and the service was excellent. It is a very nice environment in a newly renovated hotel.

I would highly recommend this.
We were there for breakfast and there is a buffet but the a la carte menu is very good.

Le serveur était perdu dans ses explications et est venu plusieurs fois nous avertir de points qui ne concernaient pas notre table. Nourriture bien exécutée mais pas très savoureuse, saveurs très plates et prix exorbitants. Par contre, ambiance sympa!

The food was sub-par as was the food presentation, and there was an extremely long wait for our main course. The server was lovely when he paid attention to us; however, as we waited an excessive amount of time for our food, he completely ignored us. He walked by several times without so much as glancing our way. My husband tried to get his attention at one point for a glass of wine, but again he ignored us and went to the table across from us. It was an odd experience. Perhaps asking if he could get us anything while we waited or at least making eye contact with us? As frequent Fairmont hotel guests, this was a very poor experience.

It is a Nice place with plenty a room. Service is friendly but not invasive. Food is good but not to die for, it is in good average. Quality is there but no originality or not enough to go there quite often.

everything was great. Except the fact that paying an extra $4 for bread in a resurant where a lunch for two was $80 is not somethign I'd like to see... A $35 table d'hôte for lunch should include bread. It looks very cheap I find and they should put a hideen fee somewhere, it make it better.

The food was amazing! A lot of choices. The seafood section by itself was making your money worth! Additionally, the crêpe Suzette section was good as well, the roasted meat, etc... The restaurant is nice looking, clean and the service awesome! I strongly recommend it!

Une déception sur les 2 entrées que l’on a pris (pieuvre trop salée, soupe à l’oignon fade et le fromage a un goût trop fort pour ce plat). Par contre GROS coup de coeur sur le canard vieilli et confit. C’est un plat à partagé, vraiment très bon ni trop salé ni pas assez, une belle cuisson, un délicieux goût. Quant aux desserts, la glace au bleu est surprenante mais un vrai coup de coeur pour le cube au jasmin, une explosion de saveurs.
Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un dress code au minimum « casual » ce qui aurait éviter d’avoir des clients en jogging ce soir là.
Bonne place à découvrir ou à redécouvrir.

Our waiter Jonathan Labelle was special. His attention to detail and knowledge of the wine list, menus and our Gluten Free reqiuirments were outstandinding. Chef also did an excellent job.
