   Consistently the best food quality/attention to detail you can achieve anywhere in the world. Great staff, food, drinks, atmosphere. Could not say a bad thing about it.

   We loved our dinner at Rosella! The spicy cucumbers, scallop appetizer and soft tofu were amazing. We loved the fatty tuna, steelhead trout and uni nigiri. The tuna kimchi roll and jonah crab rolls were great! Overall, an excellent meal with great service!

   Gourmet sushi with creative and delicious combinations. I have been eating sushi on the east and west coast for many years and have never had anything close to what Rosella is serving. The service is as good as the food. It is going to be a regular stop for us!

   This place is amazing! Beyond the food being incredible, the service goes above and beyond. My friend had a medical emergency while dining with them and we had to leave when our dessert was served. Our chef comped two cakes to go for us! Can’t recommend this place enough.    Delicious from start to finish. Oyster shooters, dragonfly salad, miso soup, char and fatty tuna nigiri, spicy tuna roll and carb rolls, and miso carrot cake.
