My Girls Weekend crew loved it! Their first time to Roaslie and all had amazing meals and our server Nick was terrific (on his first week on "tables" too!!) All of the staff were most attentive. The food was outstanding - will be back soon!!
Food was good. Great place to have dinner outside!
What a wonderful surprise! Rosalie's is a hidden gem that anyone who loves deliciously prepared food, beautifully presented should know about. The wait staff was enthusiastic & helpful in our selections & we cannot wait to go back & enjoy more creative dishes from this amazingly talented chef.

Had a party of 7 and was sat in a private area—awesome. Katie, server, was attentive and had very good server etiquette. We ordered a bunch of appetizers along with our main entrees at the same time. Not sure what was happening with the kitchen that night, but took about 1.5 hours to get final entrees out—unacceptable. We had our young kids with us so it was a bit longer than anticipated. The food was good, although, the snapper needed less heat and a bit more curry to it. Will ask for that next time. All in all, a good experience—pricey, but good time.
The food and presentation of the dishes was very innovative and simply delicious! We come down to the gulf coast for vacation several times a year and we will always dine at Roselie when we are in town!!!
The food was great but the portions are way too small for the price. I got the diver scallops and for 30 dollars it was laughable. There were seriously 4 not very big scallops on my plate, 2 pieces of asparagus, and a smear of sweet potato. That wasn't enough food to fill up a 5 year old. For half the price that still wasn't enough food. We wound up going to a different restaurant after this for round 2 of dinner, spent a little over half what we spent here, and got more food of just as good quality. I would not recommend if you have a big appetite because you're just going to spend a bunch of money on basically appetizers.
Visited for Easter brunch, and we loved it. Everything we ordered was delicious. Service was impeccable - friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and return.
Amazing food! Excellent service! No one was disappointed at all...everyone loved each dinner! Highly recommend!
A beautiful venue, with soft live music playing in the plaza courtyard, and fantastic entrees - fresh seafood creatively prepared. Loved the craft cocktail and wine list!
Best food in the area. We were here for a week this trip. Have eaten at every known higher end restaurant in this area. We own a home here and come often. This one is the best. Absolutely must try.
The food was not great. The price was too high. The atmosphere not great (there's a children's play area up front.. I have children and still did not see this as appropriate in a restaurant that is priced like this one). Waiter was ok.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The food was delicious, and our server was very knowledgeable about the wine list. We will definitely be back!
A wonderful meal, Chef is creative. Welcomes children which lets parents and grands enjoy a special meal even with the kids. Service could not be any better.
Incredibly inventive menu from a very talented South Walton chef!
Thoughtful menu, beautiful decor, welcoming staff, excellent food combine to make this a great little hidden gem!
Chose to go out for brunch at the last minute. We went to Roselie since we had never been there. It was very good and our server was very good.
Much praise for Roselie! We enjoyed three selections from the Seafood Bar section of the menu: lobster, royal reds, and snapper ceviche. All were fresh, creative items! We shared the "Trash Fish" of the day, which was Amberjack on a bed of garden risotto. Again, fresh and delicious!!
We will definitely be back. There are so many items that we want to try. Thanks to Katie for friendly, efficient service:-) AND the daiquiri suggestion - it was perfect
Went here for a Bachelorette party dinner. The oyster crackers at the beginning were interesting and the food was good. However I thought it was too expensive for the amount of food you got.
It was spring break so the restaurants were very crowded. We got a table here and we're very happy with that, but the service was exceptionally slow. One of the children even fell asleep at the table. It wasn't necessarily the fault of the waitress she had too many tables. When the food came out for the kids it didn't all come out at the same time and they didn't particularly like it. My girlfriend and I got duck but it was shredded and kind of in a sauce so it really wasn't what we expected. The bill was at just over a hundred and forty ( for 2 adults 4 kids) and since we didn't like it I didn't think I was good price.
Choices on menu are expensive; everything is a la carte. The hostess seated 4 adults beside a table with children when the entire restaurant was empty. One dish was not great and the diner chose not to eat it so the server removed it from the bill which was appreciated.
Fantastico! Authentic food and wine. Service was exceptional!
Good! Excellent idea to have some area dedicated to the little ones!
Every part of this meal was exceptional! We will be back whenever we are in the area. It was decidedly the best experience we had on 30A. There are great restaurants in the area which we enjoyed. This is the one NOT to miss!!
Food and service were very good but overall very pricey $$$$.
I booked a 9:30 reservation here to celebrate Valentines Day with my fiancé while on vacation. We arrived early at 9:15 to a totally empty restaurant and were awkwardly greeted by the hostess who shockingly informed us the kitchen was closed for the evening. Obviously I was surprised to hear this considering my 9:30 reservation and the still available 10 o'clock spot still available on OpenTable. I asked the staff to check their reservations. Once they saw our reservation and the reality of the situation set in she seemed caught off guard herself and ran back to the kitchen. At this point my fiancé, saddened by the fact our romantic dinner was ruined walked out embarrassed. I waited to see what the kitchen said hoping to salvage the night. After several minutes, the hostess returned and told me the chef had agreed to turn the ovens back on. Too late. Damage done. It was a terrible experience and very misleading of them to allow reservations be booked. Just bad and wrong. We ended up going to Paradis and spending our $200 on surf & turf, oysters Rockefeller and enjoying impeccable service. Guess it worked out for us.
My wife and I stopped by this new jewel of a restaurant on our way from Destin to Tallahassee. We had learned that the chef and owner was a former chef at another establishment that we used to frequent several years ago and really enjoyed. He and his lovely (and brilliant) wife stopped by our table to say hello. The service was impeccable, and if you are a true "foodie," put Roselies on your bucket list NOW! We sampled several small plates and soups, and the only thing better than the 5-star presentation was the epiphany of wonderful flavors, thoughtfully prepared and elegantly plated. I would recommend a dish, but we honestly loved everything we tried, so just go! And btw, we had our 8 year old granddaughter with us, and she enjoyed it too! For you local North Floridians, it's located where Hwy 98 meets 30-A in Inlet Beach, just west of Panama City. We will be back soon!!
This was our 2nd time dining at Roselie. It was fabulous again! The oysters and snapper ceviche from the raw menu were delicious. Katie was our server again and she is the BEST!! We will definitely go back.
We it waitress was amazing! Katie is brilliant! We ncredible experiance. Will be back!
A great addition to local dining. The fresh and simple techniques set this restaurant apart. May be the best restaurant in the 30 a area.
Although we were VERY late for our reservation - travel woes- we were warmly greeted by restaurant manager ( Rebecca?) We were the last diners and yet the food was fresh, tasty, and delivered with a friendly smile. We will def return. The cerviche and the tomato/ crab soup were excellent, memorable
We went for a special New Year's Eve five course tasting menu and every bite was delicious. I also did the wine pairing and was very pleased with all the wines (and I am very picky about my wines). Our server was very attentive and sweet. We plan to return next week and bring friends!
Great little find! Knowledgable & warm wait staff. Uniquely prepared delicious food! It definitely makes our "must do" list.
Very creative and well prepared meals. Don't miss the seafood, smoked potatoes and veal morrow soap, it's amazingly good. A limited menu but there is a starter or entre to meet even the most discerning palates. Causal and contemporary interiors. Only short fall is limited wine offerings and no by the glass offerings. Rosalie's is well worth the effort.
Excellent meal. The salads and main course were delicious. I can eat their salads everyday! Our waitress was sweet and responsive. Perfect dinner.
We love this restaurant more and more...everything on the menu is superb and the service is outstanding! The treats from the chef are nice too :) It is a MUST for foodies and anyone who appreciates great food....
The food and service were perfect. The seafood appetizers were great. We loved the duck risotto, short ribs and the fried chicken. The peanut butter dessert was fantastic also.
Rosalie is an incredible restaurant thanks to an awesome chef/owner (previously at Caliza) who brings great flavors and creativity to every dish he serves - as well as a super conscientious staff, great wine list, bar, and even an area for little ones. It is not just for special occasions although certainly rises to them. We now have it on our very shortlist of great 30-A dining.
You'll be happy you checked it out if you haven't already!
Small portions, food is overpriced. Service was a little disorganized.
Took our daughter for a birthday dinner. When you walked in you could tell they were under staffed....bartender was our waiter. Ordered risotto w/ duck. I got about 1 cup of risotto in bowl w/ no duck ...waiter said it had duck it was just cut up small...wife's snapper was over seasoned w/ pepper..all for $ 175 !!
It is a nice facility, but they need to get their act together.
New favorite 30A area restaurant. Everything was great -- food, service, vibe!
