We had a wonderful dinner and overall experience at Rosebud - Munster, IN Our steaks were very good; appropriately tender & flavorful. The asparagus we selected as our table side dish was perfectly prepared. We had the key lime pie for dessert which was served with a raspberry reduction sauce, and it was amazing. Prices reflect the quality of the steaks. Service is appropriately next level.

One of my favorite restaurants. But last night we were seating in the private DR with three large groups that were so loud you could not even have a conversation without yelling. As an Interior Designer I know it is because of the room . All hard surfaces. There is nothing to absorb the sounds. The ceiling should have some acoustics. And they could do some acoustic panels on the walls ( That are concealer with fabric art ). It would make a world of difference. I only comment on this because I love the restaurant so much and I can’t believe Our table was the only one effected. I hope this recommendation will be acted upon. Right now I don’t ever want to be seating in that room again.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Rosebud in Munster. We met Webster during our visit to Munster in 2024 and was impressed with his service and enthusiasm. We dined at the recently opened Rosebud in Southlake from the experience we had in Munster and Webster’s recommendation. We were in Munster last week and made sure to visit the restaurant hoping we would be seated in Webster’s area. He was tending bar at that time and still honored our request. The top notch service provided by Webster and team was over the top. Food was great as usual and was even to be served Munster’s own 3 Floyd’s beer. I would give a 5 Star plus to Rosebud Munster. We live in Dallas and visit Munster regularly and will make Rosebud a stop to dine.

Yesterday was our first time at Rosebud (Munster). Celebrating my daughter’s birthday. I must say it was a unique experience. Besides the food being amazingly delicious the service from our server Pool S was extraordinary. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with food, beverages and our dessert. My daughter mentioned this was a birthday celebration she will never forget. Thank you again Rosebud’s for making my daughter feel extra special.

Experience was ok. The food was delicious...ambiance was cold and modern....upscale, rich, country club-esc clientele....not very homey and inviting. The drinks were double the price of a comparable drink anywhere else, but still delicious. I did not see the value in their extremely high prices for the experience. They did not set themselves apart from any other steakhouse, just because they claim to be latched onto Chicago somehow. (I don't go into downtown Chicago for that very reason - to avoid the inflated prices on everything!!) In these frugal times, I disagree with having to pay extra to get a sidedish for my steak, such as a baked potato or mac & cheese, and i cannot fathom paying $9/shrimp for a 3-shrimp cocktail just because the squeezable lemon comes wrapped in a mesh. (i am not so fancy that i can't pick the seeds up!)... I have been at other, smaller, less opulent, older, local steakhouses where the martinis and the shrimp are JUMBO but the price is not. SO overall...if you feel like being fancy for 1 night for dinner, it's great....but it's definitely not a weekly dinner date place for working middle-class people on a budget.
