I went to a pre-game brunch with two friends before the Bears v Packers game. It was a great experience. we ate on the Terrace overlooking Millennium Park and the Chicago Cultural Center. We all ordered cocktails which were well made. We then ordered entrees. Everyone enjoyed the food and found it filling and worth the cost. Service was attentive but not overbearing. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

We went for brunch on Labor Day which was wonderful. The interior has a bright and cheerful atmosphere. The restaurant has 3 levels which the staff let us select where we wanted to sit. The 3rd floor has an outside terrace and bar which was amazing but we opted to sit on the 2nd floor at a u-shaped booth. Our server was attentive and extremely pleasant. The brunch menu was extensive. We had a wonderful meal and we look forward to returning for dinner in the near future.

I would have given them zero stars, if possible. It was my wife’s birthday, and I had made a Reservation. They did not want to honor my request for seating. There was a bee in the drink they brought her, and when we brought it to their attention, they were very cavalier about it. The server took our menus after we ordered appetizers, prior to selecting entrees. We left the establishment, and will never return.

Food was great but overpriced because the added protein was more expensive than my salad. The street noise was awful because there was a car parked in front just blowing their horn for the entire outdoor lunch. The beggars was uncomfortable also. If you’re going to offer outdoor seating, someone needs to ward off the begging and parked cars continuously blowing their horn.

I've been to many Rosebuds and have been coming to this one since it opened. While I like the food generally and the bread basket in particular, this was not a good experience. The kitchen screwed up one of our orders repeatedly. Another is reflective of a real ripoff. They sell "lunch portions" of Chicken Vesuvio which I know from experience are tiny so I've ordered the dinner portion which had consisted of two butterfly boneless breasts. They have since changed this to be one not particularly large butterfly breast which on this occasion was more like 3/4 of a butterfly breast. For $34 dollars. For chicken. Cmon, Rosebud. I know prices have gone up but this is ridiculous. If you're going to charge that much, at least provide an adequate portion. Despite its proximity, we won't be coming back anytime soon. There are plenty of other more reasonable options including the Rosebud on Dearborn.

We thoroughly enjoyed Rosebud. The food was outstanding and was presented very well. The service was excellent. I thought the prices were very fair considering the generous portions and quality of the dishes. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for wonderful Italian food.

We sat on the Terrace which overlooked the corner of Millennium Park. It was lovely and relaxing. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and more formal. Even though the restaurant is located just off a busy intersection, the noise level was very low. Our server, Lydia, was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. All the food we ordered was delicious....Bruschetta, meatball salad, wedge salad, ribbons bolognese, and Godiva chocolate mousse cake! Portions are large and shareable. Four of us couldn't finish the divine cake. There was easily enough for another two people.

This place has everything - delicious food, huge portions, amazing views and impeccable service! I had the veal Milanese and absolutely loved it. And the coconut cake was scrumptious - still dreaming of it.

Lovely location for brunch. I had the passion fruit bellini, and my husband had the hubbleberry bellini both were delicious! Generous food portions. I had the southwest scramble - delicious. My husband had the eggs Benedict - also yummy. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and brought us our food quickly. Enjoyable brunch - highly recommended.

Great food, good location and service was quick. I had the special which was the ahi tuna salad and it had great mix of flavors and the tuna was perfectly prepared. If you're downtown then it's a great place for lunch.

We loved The Rosebud! Our table was on the second floor. All of the staff were attentive and kind. Our server, Paulina, was wonderful! Very friendly and knowledgeable of the wine list and menu. We had the Vodka Rigatoni and Cheese Ravioli with sautéed mushrooms. Will definitely return!

The Randolph location has a lovely, upscale ambience. Disappointed the food didn’t match. Calamari was just okay. The spaghetti bolognese and the crab cake appetizer were passable - Nothing to get excited about. Chicken Parmesan was disappointing. Served on a platter with every inch covered by really thin chicken cutlets and heavy sauce and cheese that overwhelmed the chicken. It looked like a family platter and a little unappetizing with the melted cheese and sauce everywhere. A side of pasta provided.

Two issues to note: 1. We asked for quiet table. Within 20 minutes after being seated, a group/party of about 30 people came in and were seated in the same room. Needless to say, there was no quiet space in the room. 2. Service was less than good. Server did not know what fresh fish were on the menu and had to go to kitchen and check. Ordered wine which did not come until we asked a second and then a third time. Order coffee after dinner which also did not come until we needed to leave for a concert.

We had a business lunch for 5 on a Wednesday, and we were able to sit on the terrace. Even though it was a hot day, it was comfortable because there was a breeze and the whole terrace is in the shade. The food was delicious and service was fast.

You know when a runner brings the hood but the waiter presents it in sone restaurants, here, at least for us the good sat getting gold until we hit up and served our selves. That’s just one example of the poor service we will Never be going back

It's a great location downtown with proximity to Millennium Park and other attractions. The Terrace is good on a nice weather day. The food was unremarkable. It's best for drinks and nibbles.

From the moment we walked in the door we were so impressed. The staff was attentive and professional. The manager Anthony stopped by ever table to check with each couple. The food was amazing. Portions are large and shareable. Wine list is impressive with reasonable prices. We went back the next day for a cocktail on the terrace. Once again didn't disappoint. Cannot recommend this place enough.
