   Rosebud is always our favorite restaurant. We used to go to Taylor st. , but it has since closed. Lemont is closest to our home now and is almost as good as Taylor st. The food and portions are outstanding. The prices have gone up considerably which really limits our visits there now, but the portions make up for it. Chicken Parm is still the best I’ve ever had in my life. Everything on the menu is delicious.

   Low bud restaurant was fabulous on Mother’s Day. Even though it was crowded in the noise level was higher than normal. The service was outstanding. The food made up for everything. In fact, I even ordered food to go home for another dinner. The waitress was very attentive and the bus boys were all over the place the minute the dish was put down. They took it away.I would recommend Rosebud to anybody. For Italian food the price is what well within range of a good Italian restaurant. It is not I would consider on the high side, but more on the moderate side.

   Though the food was excellent, we waited almost an hour for our table, despite making reservations (reservation was for 7PM and we were seated at 750 PM) By the time we sat down and ordered, we waited another hour for our food (didn’t receive food until 9 PM). We were never asked if we needed refills We were there for almost 3 hours.  food was excellent but timing could be worked on.

   We arrived 5 min late from our reservation and was told our 6:30pm reservation would be more like 7-7:15pm which was very disappointing. We said no big deal we understand a holiday but one of the couples had night shift work after dinner. We finally get seated after speaking to the host closer to 7 about to tell us we had to wait more but once explained we cannot wait longer as someone needed to work, they sat us down. We should have known things normally aren’t good when places overbook. As soon as we sat down our waiter definitely didn’t want to be there and made us feel we were a burden. The food was just ok and I really hate that because my husband and I came here after we officially got married and had a wonderful experience. I would try to hire more servers if you can to help eliminate the overworked staff.

   We had a lovely dinner, celebrating Mother’s Day a day early, and despite it being very busy, we enjoyed a delicious meal and exceptional service. We ❤️ Matt!

   Love this restaurant. 1st time sitting in the main restaurant ( 10 steps from the hostess station) and noise level was very loud.

   Great food and impeccable service. Friendly atmosphere and the staff was super polite and efficient. Tables were kept extremely clean and water glasses kept full. Our server (Roxann was great) gave us excellent recommendations and timed the meal perfectly. Portion sizes were very generous. Could not believe how large the chicken parm was served. Initially we thought it was a little loud but not over bearing. After a few minutes we did not notice. Overall it was a wonderful experience. We have eaten here several times and never been disappointed.

    Would have been 5 stars, but we were seated 35 minutes late for our reservation, and got a high-top which was not what was requested.
