   Food as always was delicious with huge serving sizes. Service was ‘off’ and restaurant was extremely warm (air was not on). Service took a long time, water wasn’t consistently filled, minimal/no check in to see if we needed anything. A waitress who wasn’t ours pretty much started throwing half of our party’s meals at us (she expected us to pass the meals the length of the table for 8 rather than her delivering them and didn’t know who had what and was visibly frustrated), then there was significant confusion over the 2nd half of the meals so half the table had food while the other half did not. Tight seating, loud and difficult to have an easy conversation. Had made a reservation for a birthday dinner and weren’t offered dessert to celebrate. Great food but will think twice about booking anytime soon due to service - disappointing.

    Very loud!! Could not have a conversation with my family! I ordered pasta with vodka sauce. I was served a bowl of noodles with a little sauce on top, and it was terrible! The service was good but will not return!

    Could not find reservation after providing open table confirmation. Sat us right in middle of extremely crowded restaurant after waiting 25 min to be seated. Constantly getting bumped into by waiters and guests. Was there to celebrate Mother’s Day and food was subpar. None of us enjoyed our meals or experience. Will not be going back any time soon.

    Always a fun place. A little noisy but the service is awesome and the food is wonderful. I am stuck on the Pork Chops Carbonara. Best ever anywhere anytime. Great place to dine.

    Waiter Sol was rude. When the gentleman that sat us asked what we needed we ordered the stuffed mushrooms. Sol reprimand us & said he was in charge of our table & he was the one we should order from Sol also said that he & only he would take care of us. Thought that was very strange since there were many additional staff around & they were all helping each other.

    Our server was wonderful unfortunately she did not have the support she needed to have the table bussed in a timely manner. I had come in earlier in the week and explained this was a celebration and was promised it would be recognized with a special dessert that never showed. There was zero recognition. This was our first visit to Rosebud and we were disappointed

    They were busy do graduation but they were very good at making us feel good. The waiter Nicolas (Nick ) was the best . Definitely coming back . Great food, drinks and experience.

    We sat outside because the noise level inside was so loud. Outdoor dining was like sitting in a parking lot on one of the busiest corners in Naperville. After sitting for a while we finally asked a bus boy for water & if he could find our waiter. It never got better, only worse. We’ve been to several Rosebud restaurants.     We always enjoy Rosebud's in Naperville. The service is wonderful, the ambiance is energic and happy and the food is always delicious. We dined on Saturday night and the specials they offered were inviting.

    Great service from Joe! Excellent experience all around. We were seated near the front door/host stand, so it was a little loud at times, but not terrible. The food and drinks were great, except the caesar salad was heavy on the dressing.

    Our dinner tasted great and they have large portions. Big shout out to Joseph C. for his excellent table service! The only downside was the music was a bit too loud to be able to have good conversation with my family - the wait staff couldn’t hear us either as we were giving our orders. Otherwise, the Rosebud is a great place for an evening Italian dinner.

    The service and food was excellent. My only disappointment was we’re they sat us. It was like a bland back room, we’re our table was by the doorway into the room. Everyone staff & customers had to go pass us. I was constantly afraid that someone will drop a tray of food on me & my grandson. Was not where I imagined for my families Easter dinner.

    Slow service- We were there for 2 hours too long I understand restaurant was busy but waiting for service became frustrating. Too many pauses. Waiter Nick was too chatty. Had to ask for refill on tea 3x. I don’t know what the bus boys were doing. One of them asked me if I wanted water when you were ready to leave. The table next to us was seated after us and left before us-They didn’t order drinks nor dessert either. Overpriced . Disappointing dining experience. Likely not to dine there again

    Top-notch service our white person was a pleasure to work with. He made sure it was a spectacular dining experience. It was a little loud in there on Easter Sunday. The quality of food made the pricing very acceptable. The chicken Vesuvio was the best I’ve ever had.
