    Amazing food! Incredible ,creative combinations of flavors. We asked our waiter , Mason, to make suggestions and they were all so good. Really nice atmosphere !

    I went with my Papa who’s an 87 year old Italian. He’s eaten at many a restaurant in Chicago over his decades of visiting the city. He was so impressed (as were the rest of us) with Ross Mary. So much so that he told me he’d be back again with or without me haha The food was excellent, the ambiance was clean and modern. It was a great dining experience.

    Brilliant evening from start to finish. Customer service was not only impeccable, but especially friendly and informal - felt like ‘coming home’ for dinner. The food and cocktails were 5 star. Will be making a reservation at Rose Mary when I’m next in Chicago.

    Not the service or food I expected as I have been here a few times already. #1) When we initially ordered only from the vegetable section, server indicated we should order our entire meal at one time so she can make sure she can manage the timing of our food coming out…after ordering then notes we can just add on anytime we want to. 2) At the end of our meal, the server informs us if we want to order dessert we should order now as we have to wrap up within 10 min. She explains it’s because she needs to get the hostess off her back. 3) The burrata cheese was basically watery cheese. Had to ask for a knife so we could cut the loaf of bread ourselves and the octopus dish was rubber, could barely cut into pieces. I have eaten in the West Loop/Fulton market area for years and have never been reminded of my time limit. Did not leave a great impression with my friends I took out to dinner as it was their first time.

    Excellent meal. Service was outstanding. Primary server was very knowledgeable about the menu and drink options and provided good recommendations for each of us. Service was a team affair, with the food served by multiple people. All done very unobtrusively. We ate a variety of first and second courses,and shared them all. Portions were ample, enough to take quite a bit home. Shared a dessert, it was excellent.

    We have probably been here a dozen times at this point and it was so delicious yet again. All of their dishes are so good, and the service is impeccable. We were celebrating our engagement, and we were treated so well, it was like they were celebrating with us. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

    The food was delicious, a wide variety of menu options. The portions were shareable and generous. The menu was approachable, but the preparations were unique. Our server was very attentive and had great recommendations for wine and food. We look forward to returning.

    The food was good and service was great. We sat at the chefs counter overlooking the kitchen action, but because of the way they expedite dishes, there was a lot of yelling between the staff so it was quite distracting and not so relaxing. Perhaps sitting in the main dining room would have made for a better experience.

    An excellent meal! Drinks were lovely, ambiance was wonderful, and everyone was helpful. Stand out dishes were the zucchini fritters, tortellini djuvec, and the funghi risotto.

    This restaurant has it all, my husband and I loved Rose Mary!!!! The food is phenomenal and the service is absolutely incredible. The menu has amazing, unique, delicious dishes. We will definitely be back, thank you!!

    The food was outstanding. I was surprised to see three different risotto on the menu, and we ordered two which were absolutely delicious. The clams were also a highlight. Of the 8 plates we ordered, none were a let down.

    Food was great, only weird thing was they don't give you a wine pour just pour you a full glass. I'd send it back if I didn't like it but know not everyone is like that

    Was impressed by every single dish we ordered. Unique flavors and dishes different than other restaurants that are similar in Chicago. Staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Very pleasant experience and can’t wait to come back!
