Simply AMAZING! This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in awhile.
The general and owner came to the table and properly introduced themselves and owner personally came to our table to ensure our dining experience exceeded expectations.
We will definitely be back and recommend this restaurant to our friends!
Great food, great service, neat atmosphere! A fun place to dine before going to the show!
Surprisingly good. The food was better than I expected and the drinks were delicious, great service, very friendly! Definitely coming back soon of course Eric no problem
Rose + Rye is a wonderful date night spot in Atlanta directly across from the High. Mr. Sean was our server and he was very thorough with his steps in excellent customer service! Thank you Mr. Sean, Mr. Aurang, and team. Everything was wonderful!!
Really enjoyed the pork chop. We had a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their orders. Cocktails through dessert.
Top notch! Amazing building!!!
We came for our anniversary. It’s a nice setting inside the castle. Is good. Service was good as well. No complaints.
Awesome Brussel sprouts
Superb, except for seating for two--a bit crowded. Waiter, attentive and responsive. Food was excellent. Extended parking fee for after ASO concert, a bit steep!
Wonderful place to get a bite before symphony. Our server was wonderful!
Everything was amazing. Can’t wait to return. I highly recommend this restaurant. Great place for date night of to celebrate a special occasion.
This place was really good. Very interesting building, excellent food, great service. Nice bar seen.
We sat indoors but I am eager to go back on a warm evening and sit outside.
We had mussels, scallops and sea bass and all were very good.
My husband and I had the best dining experience at Rose + Rye on Saturday night before attending the Atlanta Symphony. The food was delicious, I had the duck (really good) and my husband had the strip steak which was the best steak either if us have ever had at a restaurant - ever. We were seated on time, the wait staff was very attentive without over doing it, and the manager came by at the beginning to find out if we had any time constraints that he needed to look out for. Their Signature Drinks are well worth a try. The salad, sides, and dessert were also all excellent. I found their menu varied and would be comfortable taking anyone here for dinner. The noise level was perfect for enjoyable dinner conversation and our table had a nice level of privacy while still being in the center of the restaurant. This was our first time dining and I have already made reservations here for dinner before the rest of our subscription series symphony concerts. This was the most enjoyable dining experience we have had in a long time.
Great place and an amazing location. Truly a secret gem!
Very nice and the food was excellent
It’s a lovely restaurant. I ordered grouper and it tasted like frozen fish.... the tables are a bit close to each other so it feels you are dining with the couple sitting next to you... you can hear their conversations clearly. Music a bit loud and lousy selection! We were wondering what type of customer your music is catering to??
On the positive side, I love the place, it’s our second visit, pre-symphony. Nice service, nice drinks.
The food was very good. Kind of loud but they can’t help it.
A great place for dinner before an event at Woodruff Arts Center.
Fabulous evening - great location, interesting building. The heat was out so it was a bit chilly - I'm sure it warmed up later but a bit chilly for us. This would not deter me from returning. Great menu choices, food - everything from steak and sea food to veggies - duck confit was wonderful - Drinks, nice wine list and delicious drinks, Uncle Remus Fountain YUM!
One place you don't want to miss! Who wouldn't want to dine in a "castle"? Calamari was perfectly cooked. Lightly breaded and the seasoning was spot on. Our steaks were cooked just as ordered and seasoned perfectly. Waiter was very personable and helpful (although very vocal about what his tastes were rather than focusing on ours). His wine suggestion fit perfectly with our meal. Try the sweet potato tart when available. It was fantastic! You will not be rushed here. Timing of courses allow you to enjoy the experience. Straight walk across the street to the symphony and can't wait for our next visit!
This place is by far the best in Atlanta. The service, the food, the wine AND the ambiance of a modern castle. They've thought of everything!
Relatively loud and very small portions. But the wait staff was out of this world!
Good pre-show option, as it is right next door to the Woodruff Arts Center. Very cool space. Solid menu. Nice cocktails.
We love the way we are treated , this place makes us feel special. Two good friends spending a evening having good food and then the Atlanta Symphony . Thanks.
The food stole the show at Rose and Rye. The special of the day with zucchini spaghetti was delicious. It was ratatouille with a n extremely well cooked piece of fish to top it off. My wife’s salmon and couscous dish was as well prepared as you can cook salmon. The ambiance is solid, but I think the historic location has so much more potential. I hope to see the owner continue to invest in the building and really showcase the historic aspects, right now it has a modern touch that is close to many other modern American restaurants. The drink menu had some flavorful options and were a great addition to the meal. Food and service 5 stars all the way, atmosphere and ambiance.. good but could be great with just a little help. Overall a great addition and a great option in midtown.
Food was good, drinks were excellent and setting was nice. The noise level was loud which made it hard to talk across the table. Great place otherwise.
Phenomenal we loved everything about this place the people the food the drinks you will not be disappointed I highly recommend this place ☺️
Pleasant ambience. I have learned to ask for a side table which is quieter. Very good timely and attentive service. Menu has something for everyone at a high level of preparation.
Rose and Rye is one of our very favorite restaurants in Midtown. We have made friends with staff and look forward to seeing them real soon!
My sea bass daily special had a slightly spicy tomato based sauce, a prosuito chip on top and veggie noodles. The fish was moist and melted in my mouth.
Best cocktail ever - Ms Hazel.
My husband has had the scallops over risotto twice now. The scallops are always perfectly cooked, most and taste wonderful with the slightly sweet risotto.
The overall experience was great, the service was a little slow as they were slammed which is not normal on a Tuesday night for the restaurant. The food was amazing, tasty and worth every bite! I had the salmon which was on point and my plate literally had nothing on the plate at the end of the meal. The manager running the kitchen ran it like what I would see on TV; organized, checked each plate before going on, making sure the kitchen knew what was on order so they could prioritize. I would 100% go back!
Well positive things first, the food is awesome. I had the Salmon with couscous, the best Salmon I had. Now the negative things, they are definitely under staffed. I feel like you have to wait for a waiter to attend you like forever.
Our party of 6 was greeted by a friendly hostess and seated on time. The atmosphere was pleasant and easy for the 6 of us to converse. I would have liked to see several more entrees to choose from but the meal I chose was properly prepared and the service was good on a very busy evening
Great food and service in a unique space. Great location for dinner before a show at Alliance or Woodruff.
We went for our anniversary, and it was just a really perfect experience. The service was above and beyond, the food was delicious, and the drinks were great. We will definitely be going back when we're in Atlanta again, and will recommend it to all of our friends there.
This is our second time at Rose and Rye and it has been a great experience both times. The service is fantastic! Everything we have eaten here has been delicious. The proximity to the High Museum/Alliance Theater is amazing. Highly recommend!
The food was prepared well, but it was not remarkable. I feel like it was overpriced for what it was. The restaurant was more than half empty, yet our waiter was still slow and hard to find.
Service and food were attentive, but uneven. Very cool design.
All the red wine came out of the fridge (non-Malbecs) and they were gross
Just wasn’t the night for us. We weren’t impressed.
Enjoyed the evening and the atmosphere. Our seating location, while comfortable exposed us to cool temperatures. Likewise, entrees were warm, but not as hot as they should have been when served. Service was good, but waiter became stressed due to increasing numbers of people.
Definitely convenient when attending Woodruff Art events and will definitely try again!
