Rosa's Lookout Inn is an Italian restaurant with a long history. In fact, this little trattoria has been serving guests since all the way back in 1934. The secret to this restaurant's long history has been a combination of delicious food, creative cocktails and outstanding service. While the food is decidedly upscale, the staff at Rosa's is careful to not make guests feel like they are in a fine dining establishment, keeping the entire experience casual and relaxed.Rosa's menu begins with antipasti options like cocktail prawns, sautéd mushrooms, oysters Rockefeller, fried calamari and mussels Milano that are steamed in garlic and white wine. For dinner, many guests choose the build-your-own-pasta option, selecting from noodles such as fettuccine, angel hair, penne and spaghetti then topping it with sauces like the marinara, bolognese, alfredo or pomodoro. Guests can even add a giant meatball, Italian sausage or mushrooms if they'd like.
