What You Eat Matters to Us. It's very simple. We use all natural ingredients. Our meat is raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics ever. We don't use sodium nitrite or preservatives in any of our sausages. Our beef is grass fed. The lamb is free range. None of our animals have been raised in cages. We source our meats from reputable farms so we know how they've been raised. We use pork from Coleman Farms and our boar is truly wild.

Made reservations because we wanted outside table. The two front of the house employees were great, very attentive. The food is excellent, amazing choice of beer. They do offer 3 wines my friend said was good but I’d say if you prefer wine over beer this might not be the best choice. This was a Friday night and they had a DJ who we really enjoyed.

Great service and hospitality, delicious food and drinks. Vegetarian options. Clean, airy restaurant with good ventilation because of open windows. A little loud on a Sunday morning because of someone shouting about his faith at the corner street. Once he left, the restaurant was peaceful and quiet.
