Fabulous all around. Had the sea bass and it was THE BEST! Server was very pleasant and knowledgeable about menu.
Rosalina's is a treat. The complimentary valet adds to the ease of parking. I highly recommend Rosalina's for dinner or light drinks and appetizers. The food is beyond delicious. The bar area is fun and comfortable and the wait staff and barternders are great.
Joe from Brooklyn was our waiter. He is PHENOMINAL. He made excellent recommendations, was very attentive and joined in the laughs we were having. The food was great! I look forward to returning and I will hope Joe is around next trip. Highly recommended. That Pork Chop they have is the best I’ve ever had. He was spot on!
One of the best restaurants in the city! Highly recommend!
I would go back in a heartbeat. I think the food gets better each time.
Wonderful food and terrific service. Try the crab ink pasta!
Service was great! Our waiter Joe was excellent. Loved the food and outdoor dining.
Outstanding service! We had to switch our party size from 3 to 2, then back to 3 at the last minute on a Saturday night before a PPAC performance. They were able to graciously accommodate us, even when one of us was delayed from arriving for 30 mins. When some appetizers came out late, we were comped the appetizers AND desserts. Food was excellent. Cocktails delicious. Restaurant was full, very busy and high energy. We valeted our cars and were able to retrieve them quickly and easily after the show. It was a great experience all around.
We ate at Rosalina's prior to a show at PPAC. The place was packed with show patrons and the noise level was more than energetic. Despite being slammed the staff did a great job and the food, especially, the eggplant parm was superb. Loved it!
Good food, but business makes the servers exhausted.
Perfect spot for a girls night/college roommate reunion. Small, charming, & unique. The cocktails and food were excellent as was the service and ambience. Hope to return!
Great place to dine before the theater. It is reliable, service is friendly and prompt. The menu offers a good range of different options that satisfy different taste. As a frequent diner at Rosalina, I can count on the food, service, and price.
This is our fifth or sixth time being here and we have never been disappointed in anything. Upscale but warm and friendly. Not big, but big enough. All ages. We see young couples, older couples, business dinners, friends and the other night we saw a table of eight with grandparents, parents, and four kids probably ages 8- 14. Everyone in all parties were having a wonderful time. Highly recommend---and probably the only reason we found it the first time was because of Open Table!
Joe is an excellent server: very attentive and remembered us from our only other visit a month ago. He also made sure we could make the show on time.
Menu has a lot of good choices. The swordfish was good although a little spicier than I like.
Our first time here having dinner with friends and our daughter. We were seated quickly and our waiter Joe was wonderfully attentive. Making suggestions about what to order and letting us make subtle changes to our meals without hesitation. (I love a place that will customize your meal like that for you!). Food was delicious, a little different from the usual Italian flavors, you can definitely taste the Greek influence. Cocktails were good. We were too full for coffee and dessert but I am sure they would have been good too.
The food delicious and the wait staff is wonderful. We go there every time we’re in Providence. They strongly suggest reservations but oddly enough the place always has a few tables open and is never packed.
Rosalina offers good takes on Italian classics with many good seasonal specials. The service seems very ticket driven, as both times I have dined here the service was subpar compared to other restaurants in the area (including their sister restaurant Kleos).
Awesome as always.
our food came out cool. it was not freshly made. the pasta was firm, and not light and fluffy. they did not make it fresh that night. it was rainy night and they had a lot of cancellations, so they must have cooked it earlier. they took it back and heated it in a micro and added sauce.
the last time we went - we had a terrific meal. but not this visit.
Had dinner before PPAC show, food was great!
Rosalina's was fantastic! I have never been disappointed there, but since I've gone vegan, I was especially happy to find a vegan option on the menu. The Cauliflower Steak was to die for!
The pasta dish we all had was amazing, would definitely return.
From the moment we pulled up to when we returned from our concert, the service we received was excellent and our experience was pleasant. The valet was prompt and he shared that we could leave our car with him for both our meal and our concert, the maitre d' acknowledged our OpenTable reservation and seated us directly, our waitress likewise acknowledged us by name and inquired about the concert, and our dishes were served promptly to accommodate the concert start time.
Rosalina's was a pleasant experience and we'll be back.
Interesting Mediterranean-themed Italian. Fun atmosphere. Would go back
Restaurant was over the top fabulous ... went back on Saturday it was that great!!
Cold calamari salad was amazing !!!
Always top notch. Impeccable service. My favorite restaurant in Providence.
I have never had anything but a positive experience at Rosalina. Our waitress was very good and attentive and the food was delicious. I had reserved a table for 6 and two people backed out while we were sitting so when I told the waitress there was no issue which I appreciated. I highly recommend Rosalina!
Best sauce I ever had! Everything was delicious.
Our party of 5 had another fantastic evening at Rosalina. Every drink and dish was a taste experience, and we remain loyal and devoted fans.
Great food and nice alternative to going to Federal Hill! We had a great "Ladies Day" dinner after my daughters dance performance at Providence College.
Awesome food. Complimentary parking. Squid ink pasta is amazing!
I took my daughter before a PPAC show. We had gone to Kleo's and loved it, so decided to check out their first location. They brought warm bread to the table pretty quickly. I ordered the eggplant appetizer which was served in a cast iron crock. It was small, but plenty. My daughter ordered the gnocci, which i was told was not made on location unlike most of the other pastas. She loved it. We shared two sides - a cheesy cauliflower and two meatballs. The cauliflower was to DIE for. Definitely order it. I would eat it as a meal. The meatballs, though.... they are why I gave the food 4 and not 5 star. I am not sure what spice or herb they included, but I did not enjoy them. You usually measure an Italian restaurant by the meatball!!! But it was the weakest thing we tried. Overall, though, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I am sure I'll be going back again. BTW, our waiter was great!
Great waiter, fun atmosphere food was excellent, fish plate seemed a little small, lamb was delicious sauce was light and flavorful.
What a great place, a little pricey but well worth it. We were a part of a party of 8 all had different meals and all were outstanding. It’s our go to restaurant
I enjoyed the last two times but this night no so much. They crammed us in so there was no private conversation at all. The bread was boring and tasteless and the olive oil and ricotta was blah. The dinner was average. We wanted to relax and have an after dinner drink or dessert but the seating was way too tight and uncomfortable so we went somewhere else.
The food was terrific.
Our server, young brunette, attitude could be improved. Acted like she was put out and her facial expressions any time you asked her for something was like we were bothering her. I noticed the other 2 servers who seemed much more pleasant in nature. We decided to leave after dinner with no dessert because she made us feel so unwelcomed.
But the ambiance and food was nice.
Great window booth-very attentive service!
Food and service were amazing! Tables are a bit close together. Will definitely be back.
Food, service, valet are all excellent. It’s a little loud, so not for an intimate dinner or even to catch up with friends. It’s hard to hear the person across the table from you. BUT the food is amazing.
Nice atmosphere but somewhat loud.
Server was very friendly and helpful.
Food was good but not the best I’ve had.
