We were seated right away in the stunning dining area. Service was impeccable. Food was delicious! I highly recommend the Ravioli, pasta was so tender, and the butternut squash filling was perfection. I had the NY Sirloin special and my husband had the Bronzino, both meals were scrumptious. I highly recommend.
Great service and very pleasant atmosphere. Background music could be better. Also the lights kept fluctuating in brightness or lack of, and that was annoying.
The food was at worse decent/good (meatballs/Veal Chop/ spaghetti/ desert cake) to excellent (appetizer tuna/gnocci). Prices are generally a bit high, in my opinion.
Wine selection, by the glass, is limited and should be expanded.
Have been to better places but overall was a pleasant experience and I would definitely return.
Amazing dining experience from start to finish! If you are looking for fresh, authentic Italian food in the Philadelphia area, look no further than Rosalie! The food here is incredible, the best of the very best! The Spaghetti is a must have!!!
It was absolutely amazing we went there for my dads birthday and it was very nice I would definitely go back
Without a question our Rosalie experience was outstanding ! One of the best meals we have had in years. From quality, portion, taste, originality and overall value. Ambiance was special, service wonderful. A repeat for us for sure!
This is the 3rd time I have been there. I realize it just re opened.. there are obviously growing pains... server friendly but left dirty dishes in front of us for way too long. Reminded hostess about friend's bd but she never informed server. We got the special family meal and the chicken parm was rubbery and overcooked. (cheesy bread was the bomb, though!) Drinks were just ok. Overall, it was just ok. Atmosphere is great and i do hope to try one more time and hope for a better experience. The service must improve.
Wonderful service, nice menu choices, food was delicious - very covid safe as well
Not sure why there weren’t more people on the porch!!!
Kelvin was an excellent server. The pizza was crispy and flavorful. The pastas were a good size portion and cooked well. You could tell they were made from scratch.
Wonderful in every way! Food was delicious, the restaurant is beautiful, and the service was top notch!
The food is always excellent here however every time I go there are service issues- the staff is always kind but always something off- this round they had no ketchup, almond milk or honey...a restaurant of this size should absolutely have all of this- very odd.
The food and service were superb. Drinks were yummy as well.
Food was amazing as usual! Our only complaint was that it took almost 40 minutes to get our first round of drinks...two tables were seated well after us and received their drinks before we did. Not the end of the world and I am sure it had to do with the fact that they just reopened after a couple of days. Still highly recommend and will go back soon!
First time in. Beautiful restaurant and the staff is all really nice.
Skimpy servings, very overpriced.
The porch was way too crowded and was not socially distanced at all. Not appropriate and will not go back until everyone is vaccinated. Very disappointing.
We had a lovely lunch at Rosalie. We started with the diver scallop appetizer, which was delicious. I had the gnocchi with mushrooms for my main course, and it was amazing. They also have great service and a pretty big wine list. We will definitely be returning here again!
We enjoyed the meatball appetizer, lasagna, the spaghetti entree and the chocolate tort for dessert - all outstanding. Loved the decor and the service was top notch. Will definitely be back
Decor in some of the rooms was nice, but it is hard to make up for waiting for an hour for an appetizer to appear and bland food that is beat by the local take out pizza places.
Menu is limited
Food was disappointing
Our server, Claudia, was knowledgeable and very attentive. We enjoyed 3 small plates each and were satisfied. The outdoor seating was very adequate during this pandemic. We pray we are able to return to this wonderful venue in the spring.
It was good food and had a nice, relaxing time. Our waitress was great and very friendly.
My friends and I had a lovely luncheon at Rosalie as the entire staff was fabulous and attentive, especially our wonderful waitress! Thank you and good luck!
The food, cocktails and service were all AMAZING. So sad they will be closed until spring.
The food and service was fabulous!
Our meal was beyond delicious
Definitely going back soon
Great and varied menu
Great decor and good service
Claudia was our server; this was ROUND 2 for us. They have IRONED OUT ALL OF THE KINKS! 5 stars all the way around.
Rene' - we LOVED the Brunello:)
Mabel, so nice to meet you!
Simply stellar, graceful fusion of northern and southern Italian styles. Wine list tremendously inviting and well priced. Easily the star of the main line, move over Andiario!
We were dazzled by the sheer beauty of the place when we arrived, but that didn’t even compare to what an incredible experience the food was. We were fortunate enough to sample many of the smaller plates and they were amazing. We loved the the Pork Shank Fritti, the prosciutto and cheese plate and the beets. The fricco morbido, carne crudo and the pastas simply blew us away. The ravioli was possibly one of the most delicious foods I have ever eaten. Every wine the somm chose for us was spot on. Don’t miss dessert either. There wasn’t a single bite that we didn’t love (even down to the pizza our 6 year old ordered!) We felt incredibly special and welcomed like family. It was an amazing way to spend my birthday, but I could eat here any night. Thank you so much!
Just lovely and very creative. A great addition to the Main Line. Been here several times and have never been disappointed. Small plates give the opportunity to sample a wide variety...
Went because reviews were very good.
Can't say the same.
Place is very appealing aesthetically so props there.
Can see a nice bar scene post Covid
Staff very Covid conscience and that was appreciated.
Sommelier hit the mark with described wine, though at $20 glass had only 1 glass ea.
Portions not inline with pricing. (Bronzino excluded)
Overpriced and didn't feel worth experience.
$39 pork chop set for expectations, small and very disappointing.
Beet salad good.
Octopus app maybe mediocre.
Too many better options within 35 minute drive radius for return visit.
Consistently superior experience - food, drink, service
Host and female server were very professional, welcoming and kind!
Very good food The portions were small for the price
I was excited to get seated in the pretty main dining room but the next thing I know we are getting seated in the restaurant bar that is for walk-ins given it’s at the lobby of the Hotel Wayne.
Food was good - I had the Branzino and for what I paid you would think it would have two sides, a vege and potato etc.
Others felt the same. It’s almost you were still hungry unless
you ordered a pasta appetizer.
Bread should be served at the table.
No cocktail napkins given with the drinks.
We love this place! Numerous shareable options from snacks, to appies, to pizzas. Great cocktails and wine list too. Service is always fantastic too (Mackenzie and James especially). Oh, and love the Budino
great experience. dont let the strange menu scare you off. would satisfy most foodies.
The food was fabulous !!! We were concerned about the amount of people in one room. I will be sure make reservations earlier to guarantee outdoor seating.
Great ambiance but didn't like the food. It felt like the restaurant was trying too hard to make food that they could call Italian "soul" food which is what their sign says.
