We had dinner last night at Rosalie's in Wayne.
The parking was easy and the staff who greeted us were welcoming!
I love the feel of the place but that is only the start!
Our server and all who came to the table were wonderful.
Then came the FOOD! I wish I took pictures.
The presentation was amazing but the taste was even better.

This was our first visit to Rosalie. The food and service were very good. My only complaint was the temperature in the room. We were seated in the main dining room next to the window which was very drafty. Had to eat dinner inside with my coat over my shoulders. Will visit again in the warmer weather.

Booked a table a week in advance through Open Table. We were seated at what looked alike a small bar table against a wall with a great view of the wait station where servers entered orders on a computer. It looked like a bar table had been moved to the dining room to accommodate more people? We had really hoped to be in one the comfortable and more traditional tables we saw throughout the dining room. We felt like we had been banished to the kids table! Food was delicious but portions were a bit off. An $8 side of broccoli that server said was sharing size was actually 3 stalks of broccoli. Maybe I eat a lot of broccoli, but that was definitely a serving for 1. Restaurant was loud. Very loud. I'd like to retry this on a week night. Next time I'll request one of the more traditional tables.

Waiter was too cavalier, seemed super rushed…felt like I was being served at a diner.

My sister and I had a lovely evening at the gorgeous Rosalie!! We started off with the spicy fig margarita, Crudo, bianco pizza (mouth watering delicious) and arancini. Then the pasta’s came which were heaven. Gnocchi, casareccia and casoncelli all crafted to perfection! We finished off the evening with the butter poached halibut that tastes like France! Robbie, our server, was exceptional!! I will be requesting him when I dine here again!!

Worst experience since we have been using Open Tables

Manager only came over after we complained to server
She gave a half hearted apology but followed up with comments that you can expect I to be a “little “ noisy on Friday and Saturday
We had eaten there many times before the restaurant changed and never had such a miserable experience
I would not recommend it to others nor is it likely we we return

Table faced the service area. Not relaxing on date night to watch the crew bustling in and out of the kitchen doors. It took forever to get our drinks, and just like last time Rosalie was out of the glasses of Sauv Blanc. EVERY time we’ve been this is the case and they don’t offer to open a bottle of what they DO have so one has to drink Chard if they want a glass of wine without buying a bottle? Considering Chardonnay is a completely different flavor profile either take it off the menu, open a full bottle, or stock your cellar. I mean, each time we’ve been this is the case…Pasta is amazing and the salad was crisp and fresh. Dessert sublime, atmosphere is warm and cozy. So, figure out the wine situation, move that one table so we’re not staring at frantic work throughout dinner, and it’ll be pretty near perfect.

We source Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand and we admit that we have difficulties getting it for a while. We are working very hard to get this one replaced with Sauvignon Blanc from another wine maker that has more consistent supply. I hope you will give us another try. Food was delicious! Tara our waitress was attentive, helpful and very nice! Unfortunately we chose outside and so did a massive group of people who were standing for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. As people can do in such a situation they paid no attention to the fact that they were very tightly surrounding our table and making it very difficult for the wait staff to get to our side of the front porch. It also became very difficult for us to have a private conversation at our table due to the noise level.

Great food and service. Out waitress was awesome and so friendly.
the food was much too spicy..chili oil etc. in almost everything so I settled for the panini which had no cheese in it..just an onion relish... I left hungry and my group of 6 found it too noisy..

It was our first time visiting Rosalie's and our 10th wedding anniversary . Everything about the experience was memorable . Our server , Richard , was exceptional . The food was delicious and the presentation beautifully done . The portions were on the small side but the pricing was fair . The noise level was was a bit much but not annoyingly so .We feel as though we were fortunate to discover such a gem and plan to return often .

I've now dined at Rosalie three times in the past 3 months, so I feel that I have a base line from which to work.
We started with my favorite appetizer: The arancini. I first encountered arancini on a trip to Sicily in the spring of 2016. Over there, they are eaten as street food and come with a variety of fillings. The ones at Rosalie are the best I have eaten in the US. For one this, they don't come, swimming in red sauce. For another, they are the right size -- not too big or too small. And every time I've had them, they've been crispy on the outside and just gooey enough on the inside and with just enough saffron for flavor and color.
We then shared a plate of the gnocchi. These were lovely little handmade creations, smaller than I had expected, but light and fluffy. I think there was a bit too much truffle oil on the dish, and I would have preferred that the mushrooms not be so finely minced, but -- overall -- a wonderful dish.
We each shared a different fish dish. My companion had the bronzino and I had the halibut. As it happens, I have previously tried each of these dishes. My companions loved the bold flavors of her bronzino. I felt that my halibut was a bit overcooked -- as compared with the first time I tried it. But the flavors and presentation were both excellent.
We then shared a dessert: the torta di olio de oliva. I loved it, but then I was raised in a Mediterranean food culture so I love anything with olive oil. It comes with a meyer lemon sauce, so it isn't too cloying. That said, I think it may be an acquired taste. I would certainly try it again.
To say a few things about the drinks: My companion was a bit late to arrive, so while I was waiting I had one of the new fall cocktails -- the spiced fig margarita. DIVINE! The tequila was infused with chili pepper and the balance of the drink between sweet, spicy and sour was just right.
Well, I hope this detailed review is helpful. I would certainly come back again.

This was our second time here, but our first time visiting for brunch. It was outstanding--the food was beautifully presented and delicious, the coffee was brewed perfectly (I usually hate coffee at restaurants, as it is generally colored water, but not here), and my cocktail was creative and tasty. We hope to come again!

There is a large covered porch. We were there on a windy stormy night. Much of the sides are covered in plastic but the entryway is uncovered. There are portable propane heaters and electric heaters on the ceiling. The temperature was probably in the low fifties but we ate comfortably.
