   We went before the Thunder game and the food came out very slow. Our waitress was great and very apologetic but the restaurant was not that busy for it to take so long. Overall great food and margaritas!

   Service was amazing! Strawberry basil margaritas were heavenly. The short rib tacos had a very off putting taste, and given how small the menu is I’m not sure we’d chance it again for a meal. Maybe drinks and queso!

   Hard to fine if you go by the address. It actually faces west right in front of the be OK event center on third Street. They do have parking that’s complementary but within a gated area don’t go when there’s an event as all they have are tacos. We may try again when their regular menu is available, although you think you have reservations in OpenTable you don’t if there’s an event going on.

   Good food, loved the queso. More a hole in the wall vibe which we didn’t mind, just overall a surprise as most places on Open Table are fine dining. Did not need a reservation, very close to BOK so great option

   Good food. We went on a Saturday early evening so it wasn't busy yet. We stayed downtown and Rosa's was a short walk from the Hyatt. Service was good. We had queso and chips, and tacos. We tried the barbacoa tacos and chicken tacos. Both were very tasty and the portion size didn't skimp at all. We enjoyed our meal from beginning to end.

   ROSA is one of the Best in tulsa when looking for just good Margaritas, tacos and snacks. Service is always top notch. We ordered some beef flautas and one I bit into contained a whole toothpick. The server was quick to issue a sincere apology and upon exiting gave me a gift card to cover the loss of appetite I had. Wife and I regular here

   Reservation was made on Open Table and when we arrived they told us that they don’t use Open Table and didn’t have a reservation for us. The menu is very limited to begin with and when our server came to take our order at 6:45 they were already out of 2 of their 6 options. The tacos we ordered were cold and didn’t taste good at all.
