Atmosphere, Food and style all excellent, tables are a bit on the small side as we were 6 people and had to manage the space when they brought the main course out, as not enough space for all the plates. Fortunately we did not order the appetizers and main courses together as our waitress was trying to insist we did. Had we done as she was asking, we would have had bigger problems with the table space. Service was ok, could be better. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks as an average and had to ask several times to remind the waitress we were still waiting for our drinks. After receiving our bill, they had included 20% service and then wanted a minimum of an additional 7.50% for the waitress!!! - sadly this practice is getting out of hand, as the restaurant owners should pay their staff properly and service should be charged on the actual quality of service you receive. Lastly, would suggest you do not use the valet as it is ridiculously expensive, charged $100 to park the car and then took around 15 minutes to bring the car to us!!!!!!

The waitress stated that she could split the bill when we got there for a party of 12. Individual bills. Which we said fantastic. At the end of the dinner, she said that she had lost track of who got what and she said that she could not split the bill. She gave me the bill and I had to sit there and separate everything! I had to do her job while she got a $400 tip!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! The customer service was atrocious to say the least!!!

It was our second time in a week visiting Rosa Negra as we were on holiday in Miami. We first had the Rosa Negra experience in Cancun and tried a few of the groups Restaurants , which we love the vibe and energy of. Miami did not let us down, and we were lucky enough to sit in the main Restaurant where all the action was, (after one of the girls at the front desk seemed to have trouble finding our reservation 2nd time, even though I had the confirmation and all she needed, her colleague took over and instantly found us!). The food was fantastic from the salads, octopus, corn and aubergine to start, followed by the Salmon and the best burgers ever for main.. we will absolutely be returning the next time we are in Miami. Can highly recommend!

The experience was really nice and I would go back. We had the shrimps and empanadas to start with and shared after a beef fillet and tried different tacos. Both food and service were absolutely magnificent.
