   They charged me twice and after i contacted them for sure nobody answered my question, so disappointing.

   This place is already pricey but on top they try to make more money from you. The valet guys lied saying valet is 300 pesos when the manager at the beach club says that we only have to tip. Our server said that the $30 usd propina aka tip goes to the restaurant and not him which makes no sense. He awkwardly stood there waiting for us to give him more money. Huge reputable company but with desperate workers it makes the brand look very bad

   Great beach club. The deejay was amazing. The food was very good. I would definitely visit this place again.

   The Rosanegra Beach Club is an absolute gem! A warm and welcoming staff greeted me when I stepped through the door. The breathtaking beach view is simply stunning, and the modern aesthetic, complete with cozy lounge seats and inviting pools, sets the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing day. To top it all off, there was an incredible DJ spinning vibrant tunes that had everyone in high spirits. The highlight for me was the deliciously authentic Latin fusion cuisine—every bite was a delight! I can’t wait to return and I’ll definitely be spreading the word to my friends. This place is a must-visit! Special thank you to Marino, Ari and Adriana for making things extra special with your hospitality.

    I spent really nice day at Rosa Negra Beach club! Really nice atmosphere, food is great! All the stuff is very polite! Definitely recommend you to visit if your are in Tulum!
