Everything about the restaurant was fantastic, from the food to Eddie our waiter
Food was excellent and service was terrible. Service was slow and impersonal. Don't let that dissuade you from going, as I think we just got a bad waitress. Quality of food worth the trip!!!
Hands down, best service I have seen in Miami throughout the duration of my stay. It was refreshing to have management table touch and a server who wanted to ensure his guests were happy.

Was extremely busy. Server was good but overwhelmed with too many tables so service got really slow. Was too loud to hear yourself think.

Worst service! Took 15 minutes after we sat down to even see our server, gave us water and then disappeared for another 15 minutes until we had to call her over to order drinks. When we ordered food, we ordered a beer and after 20 minutes it still hadn't arrived so we went to the bar and ordered it ourselves. Manager came over and was useless, "as long as you're happy" is what he said - what does that even mean? No compensation or offer to take drink off the bill. Food was okay but carnitas were over cooked

The staff was very nice. It was an early dinner, so upon arrival the restaurant was slow. The freshly made in front of you guacamole was incredible. The "Mexican Chicken Caesar Salad" was enormous. The frozen drinks were delicious.
Great food, the guac is delish. I prefer this place over Rocco's. Wish there was one where I live.
Nice variations on Hispanic food. Great choice for Margaritas and the best on Lincoln Rd.

what a wonderful meal and the waitress was so helpful. my dish was a little spicy and she suggested some lime to cool it down. totally did the trick
Great restaurant. We were a couple years ago at the restaurant , in New York. We never forgot the marvelous guacamole en molcajete neither the fagitas. Last year we tried to go in Puerto Rico but was impossible because we havent time. This year in Miami was possible. Thanks from Lisboa, Portugal.
When a restaurant in Europe ?
Always love Rosa Mexicano! Best guacamole anywhere! Tried chicken and chorizo empanadas with wonderful smoky sauce. Carnitas were great and always have to get rice, beans and plantains.

We love Mexican food and are particular about the taste. Rosa Mexicana on Lincoln Road met all our expectations, especially the guacamole and sangria. Service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend.

Terrible service. Had to ask 3 people for utensils and napkins. Drinks too forever and place was half empty. Felt like half the staff didnt show up. We've dined tger a few times and it was decent but last time was NG.
IT is a nice place but a bad service. It was very crowded but not a good quality as before . We just came when they open, buta maybe was a crowded period of time.
When you go you MUST order the Guacamole!!!!!! They make it fresh and it is outstanding!
This particular Rosa Mexicana is a favorite as it is located on Lincoln Rd. The design and colors of the interior are mood setting. enjoy the cocktails and fresh food. The service is great and friendly. Always a wonderful evening.

The food was cold and unexpected small servings for a Mexican restaurant. The GUACAMOLE was not well prepared. Service was slow. Very disappointing experience overall.

Huge disappointment! This place gets worse and worse. Way off the mark for the Rosa Mexicano brand. They should just close it. They keep removing the best items from the menu, reduce Happy Hour, charge for chips, and the noise level for outdoor dining is ridiculous. This used to be my favorite restaurant. Never again!
First the good. The service was excellent. They really tried to please. The margaritas were also some of the best we have had.
The bad. The food was very poor. I had the carne asada. The steak was very tough. The rest of the meal was cold and tasteless. My wife had the carnitas which were just ok. Nothing special. The meals were way over priced for the quality of the food. Needless to say we were very disappointed and will not return. The nearly empty dining room should have been a warning. Especially considering how busy the rest of Lincoln Road mall was.
This is the first bad review I have given and I feel bad about it. They really need to up their game if they want to stay in business in SOBE.
Great food and service
Ordered grilled fish taco but got fried. Took 20 minutes to get right orders but everyone was done eating by then.
we went to the restaurant 6 times the food is good but the bad thing is that they don't give you free chips anymore, our waitress was really nice and brought some ........but mexican whitout chips is not good!!!
I met an friend here for lunch. The hostess was not the friendliest, but our server was very sweet. The tableside guacamole was great. Parking was very expensive in the parking garage next to the restaurant. Overall, it was a good experience and I will likely return.
Worst place I have ever eaten, forgot we ordered food and then charged us for drinks we didn't even order.
