Was so disappointed with the service!
This restaurant has gone DOWNHILL way too fast!
They were very gracious to accomodate our party of 4 for outdoor dining.
But we were kept waiting for a good 1/2 hr with NO water/drinks being served and no steward assigned for our table.
Its only when I brought this to their notice that they got the water and then the waitress came to take the order...
It did not loo like a busy night but guess still short staffed.
The Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend was amazing.
In town for the boat show, the Hotel i am staying at recommended Rosa as the best Mexican place in town, great location btw, lunch was amazing we had the Tres Enchiliadas and Guacamole, the server Ansary is fantastic and she handles the bar too, brought us mini apps on the house, fantastic experience!
We live very close they have a very good quasadilla e the chips are the best no too much salt and not oil
They have a great happy hour hope doesn t change!!
When we got there, we had to wait about thirty minutes before we knew who our server was. It took thirty minutes to get our drink orders. Thankfully we told my hostess to bring guacamole so we didn’t starve to death. However, the guac was flavorless, and the chips hard. We ordered cheese quesadillas to split but the tortillas were hard and not cooked well. When we finally figured out who our waitor was at the beginning we asked for separate checks. When we were ready to ask for the check the waitor made a problem about separate checks. However, thankfully she brought it. She never asked how we were doing, if we wanted refills, or anything like that. Will never return.
A very disappointing experience in every sense. Food was average at the best. It was pricey for what they offered and the service was horrible.
Fist time in Miami visiting from Germany, the Hotel recommended Rosa Mexicano- very beautiful location and food from Mexico, wish it was one in Berlin. The waiter Adrian very accommodating and food knowledgeable, we are very impressed!
First time in South Beach looking for a non touristic restaurant, me and my husband are in love w Rosa Mexicana after tonight's dinner, great ambiance, friendly staff / managers but the server Nikola provided a service similar to a 5 star resort experience, his recommendations were fabulous. What an exquisite establishment on Lincoln Road mall, ROSA we will be back for more :)
Have dined here in the past, but, it has gone downhill and would frequent again. Disappointed.
Excellent food and fantastic service. Other bad reviews very inaccurate. Took my 91 yo grandma for lunch and she said it was the ' best Mexican food she's had in years'. Table side fresh guacamole is worth the trip.
Tonight was excellent! Craving Mexican food and wanted an upscale location so we decided on Rosa Mexicana South Beach, we drove all the way from south Broward and were t disappointed. The service was phenomenal and the place was packed. We received our drinks right away and our appetizers too. Our waitress Paula was very attentive and so was the Manager, Eduardo, who we called over to share how very pleased we were with what we believe is the best guacamole we’ve ever had prepared tableside. I really enjoyed the fish tacos, I cannot eat fried food so they prepared them for me grilled, yummm! I’m so happy we made the drive! Service, food, ambiance and great Management made for a wonderful date with my hubby of 25 years!
Great happy hour!!!! Food, drinks and service! Our waiter was very knowledgeable and management were greeting every table in the restaurant. Dan and Eddie were outstanding!!
This location is no where near the quality of other Rosa Mexicano properties I have been to in NY and DC. The only thing that was good was the guac. Half of our appetizer was cold (not sure how that happens). The pomegranite margarita was not the same as other properties. And our entrees were bland. Its no wonder to me now that it was the only place on Lincoln Road that was dead on New Years eve.
The restaurant has been in a sharp steady decline. We went for the NYE prefix menu. They totally forgot to bring the appetizer until we inquired after the entree arrived. It came old cold and didn’t even taste good. The servers seem to care less about the customers. It used to be a fun enjoyable place to eat several years ago but I would not recommend it. It seems to be mostly empty so others must have reached the same conclusion
