Waiter was not attentive. Food was good. Bathrooms were filthy and the floors in the restaurant were dirty and slippery. I have been to this restaurant several times with my friend who lives in Maryland and when I come in town, I always want to go here. Not sure I will be back. Also, it was my birthday my friend mentioned it as well as in the reservation and no one acknowledged it. Again…not sure I will be back.

Salsa is amazing as is the homemade guac! Get the pineapple habanero margarita. Don’t be afraid of it! Very tasty! Just had salads and Chicken tortilla soups for dinner. Both were tasty! Get the churros! Excellent!

Reception desk unorganized, food and ambiance sub par. The wait was long, AFTER making reservations on Open Table. The table service was good, however the food was cold without seasoning. The ceviche was more reminiscent of salsa with a few small pieces of fish. Air conditioner not working. They had one portable air machine for the entire restaurant. Will not return.

The air conditioner didn’t work. We were sitting in the booth sweating. We weee told it hasn’t worked in over a year IT WAS 100 DEGREES OUTSIDE!!!! The restaurant was using fans! Service and food were okay but couldn’t enjoy my birthday meal due to temperature in the restaurant!!!

The food is excellent and the overall atmosphere is nice, but the service is almost nonexistent, even for water. Your server appears when food arrives and never again. Unfortunately, this has been our experience most of the time we go. The food is worth it, so we go back.

The server the helped us was very passive aggressive and i didn’t appreciate that. I love that restaurant and the food but after last night i don’t i’ll be going back. We ordered a guacamole and usually it’s seasoned well but last night it was bland and flavorless. I could have easily made that at home. Overall last night was a big disappointment to say the least.

We had a 9 o’clock reservation. Upon arriving we checked in and were told they were getting a table together. 20 minutes later after multiple people being sat we checked and they said there was still a reservation ahead of us. After being sat we waited about 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the table. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time. After about 10 minutes the waitress came back to ask us what we ordered. After ordering the second time we waited about 15 minutes for drinks. When our food came they dropped off one of our meals and walked away. The chicken tacos were cold and the chicken was tough. When the waitress came to see how our food was we informed her we only got one of our meals and were still waiting on the other meal. It was brought out immediately. The second plate was at least hot.

Seated at 8:30, entrees were not brought out until 10pm. We had to remind our server numerous times that our food had not been served and only received it after reminding them again. Extremely poor experience.
